Study And Experiment On Improvement Of The 1MS-1 Plastic Mulch Removal

the improvement of The ]MS-] Plastic Mulch Removal, which is the product of The Agriculture Department 憇 948 Project, is studied in this paper. To the problems emerged in experiment, The paper given the schemes to resolve them. By experimenting on the hoe, The Linear Regress Equation was gained from data analysis, And new design for hoe, which would have better ability to departing mulch and soil, weeding and wearable performance then present, is given out. In order to improve the working status of The Mulch Gather ,the paper presented another removing pattern The First Collecting Then Getting, It can also improve the entire performance of machine. The paper also figured out the pathway equation of mulch gather stub, and then The Machine Optimize Design Theory was applied for getting better ability to part mulch from Mulch Gather and ensuring the sufficient intension of The Mulch Gather Stub.
