Study On Effects Of Microeclogical Preparation On Prevention And Treatment Of Salmonella Pullorum Disease And Increment Of Growth Of Broilers

Salmonella pullorum Disease is a kind of most popular infection disease of chicken, especially to the newborn chicken. It usually brings great economic loss to the chicken raising with high incidence and death rate. We usually use antibiotic medicine such as sulphanilamide , furadantin and so on to prevent and cure the disease nowadays, such medicine has achieved active result to some extend, but it also will bring some negative effects over long period of usage. One aspect, because the abuse of antibiotic medicine, the mushroom plants will take variation to produce medicine-resisting plants, it brings much difficulty for the prevention and cure and adds the cost of the raising. The other aspect is , the problem of remaining medicine in the fowl product has increasingly attracted peoples attention, it not only dose harm to human's health directly, but also influences the raising economic benefit and blocks the way of fowl production trade.V'f?made use of some kinds of mushroom which can do good to human and animals to make into micro-ecological preparation to prevent many kinds of disease, it has had many reports on it in and out of country, the ways to cur Salmonella pullorum Disease are major in prevention and in single preparation. We introduced self-separated two kinds of lactobacillus to make into mixed mushroom preparation. We used broilers to do tests of prevention and cure for this kind of disease, and observed the effect to their production capacity.We divided the test into many groups. They are group of bacterial preparation prevention, terramycin prevention, furadantin prevention, comparation and group of cure after attacked prison, terramycin cure, furadantin cure, and non-cure contraction. These groups separately take charge of observation to the Salmonella pullorum Disease,measuring the weight growing situation of unit chicken, and monitoring the Salmonella Pullorum in chicken's body.As a result: Under the natural situation, the micro-ecological preparation has a positive effect to prevent the disease, but it has no much differences with that of group medicine prevention; Under the situation that human has attacked the prison, the micro-ecological preparation still has a positive effect of prevention to the disease, and it has an obvious advantage than groups of terramycin prevention. In the group of micro-ecological preparation prevention, we didn't separate Salmonella Pullorum from the body of healthy chicken, but we did so in different degree in other groups. After attacking prison, it had obvious effect of cure with micro-ecological preparation. And chickens' death rate is lower than that of group terramycin cure. The weight grows per day is obviously higher than that of other groups in chickens which have been taken micro-ecological preparation.That proves: micro-ecological preparation has positive effect to prevent and cure Salmonella Pullorum Disease, and have obvious positive effect to raise the daily growing weight of chickens.
