The aim of the experiment was to study salt tolerance(NaCl) of grape in vitro subculture plantnets by comparing some growth indexes and physiological indexes.10 varieties were inoculated in medium with 0,0.1%,0.2%,0.3%,0.4 % NaCl. After 15d of in vitro culture ,their growth rates were measured,the results showed that depending on concentration salt in the medium lead to a reduction of the growth rate and a decreace of stem elongation .root number and length. High concentration may even cause death of salt sensitive grapevines. Tengren, Big black grain, Tom, Lizhamate, Red diqiu showed more salt tolerance than GAU18, Chaojiwuhe, Jingxiu, Shifuluosha and Bing4. Results showed that increasing NaCl concentration, the injury index also increased, the injury index of salt sensitive varieties were larger than salt tolerance varieties.Measurements of the pro line content indicated that increasing salt concentration increased the pro line content of 10 varieties, however, the increase of th index was smaller in salt tolerance varieties. The varieties can be divided into salt tolerant(Tengren, Big black grain, Tom, Lizhamate) , salt sensitive varieties (GAU18, Chaojiwuhe, Jingxiu, Shifuluosha and Bing4), moderately tolerant(Red diqiu and Shifuluosha).Measurements of the plasma membrane indicated that increasing salt concentration increased the plasma membrane of 10 varieties. The increase of theindex was smaller in salt tolerance varieties. The varieties can be divided into salt tolerant(Tengren, Big black grain, Tom, Lizhamate) , salt sensitive varieties (GAU18, Chaojiwuhe, Jingxiu, Shifuluosha and Bing4\ moderately tolerant(Red diqiu and Shifuluosha).Measurements of the MDA content indicated that increasing salt concentration increased the MDA content of 10 varieties. The increase of the index was smaller in salt tolerance varieties. The varieties can be divided into salt toleTant(Tengren, Big black grain, Tom, Lizhamate) , salt sensitive varieties (GAU18, Chaojiwuhe, Jingxiu, Shifuluosha and Bing4). moderately tolersnt(Reddiqiu and Shifuluosha).Measurements of the chlorophyll content indicated that increasing salt concentration decreased the chlorophyll content of 10 varieties. But it is considered that chlorophyll content was not correlated with salt tolerance.What's more, analysis results also indicated that plasma membrane was significantly positive correlated with MDA content.
