Study on Genetic Stability of Rumexk-l (Rumex patlentiaxR.tlanschanlcus,cv.Rumexk-l) Rumexk-l(Rume patientia L.XR.tianschanicus A.Los,cv.Rumexk-l) Is sort ofa new high-protein plant by distant hybrldlzatlon ofRumex patientla x R.tlanschanlcus.To determine whether variety traits are stability,the experienced study on the varletygenetlc stability In all level,Including genetic stability of*theity agronomy traits,characters correlation,crude protein contents and tannin contents In different position In bud stage and oxalate contents In bud and leafcluster stage, genetic diversity analysis and so on,the results of*thes experiment are as follows: IThe result ofgenetlc stability analysis showsthatthe agronomy traits,such as length of lea二 width of lea尺 length of stem, andlength/wldthratlo;hay/freshratlo andstem/leafratlo Inbud stage,grass yield,speed of regrowth,the Intensity of tuning green and days from sowingtobearingare stable Inthree continued generations.There were no significant differences amongthe three contlnuedgeneratlons Inthese agronomytraltsbythe one-factor variance analysis andF-test. 2 There Is no variance onthe traits ofplantheight,length of Inflorescence,branches number,fertility and KGW,branches number OffOIC illnOfCSCCflCC,ylCld pCT p18llt,fOIC lfino正CSCCllCC hClght &lid lowest Inflorescence heightbythe variance analysis andF-test,which means It has genetic stability.Correlation analyse shows thatbranchers number and branches number ofrole Inflorescence are strongposltlvely related with yield per plant In the three continued generations ofRumexk-l,dlrectpathanalyse showsthatdlrect-effectoflengthof role Inflorescence and brachers numberic yleldperplant Is laregest,bymeasuring oflenghth ofinflorescence and branchers numberic forecastseed yield. 3 Crudeprotelncontentofthethree contlnuedpeneratlons Inbud stage Is as follows respectively:breeder seed.52%,fundatlonseed 15.58%,certification seed 15.37%.There Is no difference Incontents,which means It Is genetic stable. 4 Tannin content In dl征rent position leafls as followsrespectively:breeder seed 0.2091%and fundatlon seed 0.1740%andcertification seed 0.1862%,stem Is asfollows respectively:breederseed 0%and刊ndaton seed 0.01扔%and certncatlon seed 0.皿033%,Inflorescence Is as follows respectively:breeder seed 2.261%andfundatlon seedZ.220%andcertlficatlon seedZ.300%.varianceanalysis showsthatlt Is genetic stable Inthethree continuedgenerations. 5 Oxalate contents In bud and lea卜cluster stage.all plant Inbudstage Is as follows respectively:breeder seed 2.069%and fundationseed 2.059%and certlncatlon seed.956%,leaf-cluster stage Is asfollows respectively:breeder seed 4.350%and fundation seed 4.353%and certification seed 4.474%.there Is no slgnlhcant difference amongthe three continued generations In oxalate contents. 6 Thegenetlcploymorphlsms InRumexk-lwas Investigatedusingrandom ampllhedploymorphlc DNAmarkers,the detectedmaterials Includedthlrteen spedes,sevenprlmers selectedfrom twentyprimers amplltled 45 RAPD fragments,the length of most amplifiedfragments rangedfrom300to2500bp.theRAPDresultshowthatthereIs no diversity amongthe three continued generations.The geneticstabllltyls goodlnthethree continued generations ofRumexk-1.Butthere Is some difference onRAPD characteristic markers In 12perplantof certification seed.
