In this dissertation, Agrobacterium-mediated genetic transformation of cherry were examined. The genetic transformation system of cherry with high efficiency were developed and Kanamycin buds were obstained.The research results showed:Cefotaxime used as antibiotics was better than Carbenicillin. The concentration of kanamycin used as the reagent of choice was 40-50mg/l. Cherry leaves were dipped in the Agrobacterium suspension for 5min,and precultivation for 3 to 4 days. Then cocultivation for 4 days.The coculvation medium was WPM medium supplemented with 2.0mg/lBA,2.0mg/lIAA,The selectable medium was WPM medium Supplemented with 2.0 mg/lIAA, 2.0mg/lBA, 200mg/lLH, 50mg/lKan,and 200mg/lCef.
