In order to clarify the effect of supplement complex green additive in feed for bear, we carried out an experiment in two kinds of bears that have been gotten bile in different ways. First, 5 bears that bile-powder with pipe, whose output were stable and body condition were approximate, were grouped by stage supplement 0.5% complex green additive for bear. Then, 6 bile-powder without pipe bears whose output were stable and body condition were approximate were divided into test group and control group at random. The results show that:1. The bile output, the rate of dry bile-powder, and the output of bile-powder of bears that bile-powder with pipe in test time were higher than that in control time, and there were significant differences on the bile output of Number 2 (P<0.05) and Number 6 (P<0.01); Although the rate of dry bile-powder in test time were higher, there was not different (P>0.05); The output of bile-powder of Number 2, 4 and 6 bears in test were higher than in control time, and there were significant difference (P<0.01); 2. There was significant difference (P<0.01) on the bile output and the output of bile-powder of bears that bile-powder without pipe in test and control group. Although the rate of dry bile-powder of test was higher, there was not different (P>0.05);3. The results of digestion experiment indicates that: there were differences (P<0.05) on the digestion of ether extract (EE) and crude ash (CA) of bears that bile-powder with pipe between test and control time, Although the digestion of nutrients of bears that bile-powder without pipe in test time were higher, there was not different (P>0.05);4. The analysis results of DCA in bile-powder indicates that: UDCA content of test had improved 0.67% than that of control group, but there was not different (P>0.05); The relative percentage of UDCA of test had improved 29.65% in the illustrative plates of the HPLC, and the relative percentage of CDCA of test had improved 34.50% than that of control group;5. The analysis results of amino acid (AA) in bile-powder indicates that: AA(except Asp) content of test had improved , but there was not different (P>0.05). And the results of illustrative plates of AA also indicates that : the percentage of the apex-area of Ser, Leu, Phe, Glu, Thr, Met in test group had improved 48.45%, 4.11%, 24.49%, 21.14%, 204.40%, 24.63% than in control respectively.
