In order to explore the effects of bile acids on the production performance,slaughter performance and blood indexes of broilers,and the relationship between stress and bile acid metabolism,the following studies were carried out in this study.In this study,the effects of bile acids on the production performance,slaughter performance,organ index and meat quality of broilers were studied by bile acid treatment.Using single factor test design,selection of similar weight AA broilers of 21 day were 144,were randomly divided into two groups,with 6 replicates of 12 birds per replicate.The experiment lasted for 18 days.The experimental group was fed with basal diet supplemented with 500g/t bile acids,and the control group was fed with basal diet.The results showed that there was no significant effect of bile acids on the production performance of broilers during 21 days of age to 38 days of age.But it can significantly reduce the rate of abdominal fat and meat of broiler chicken muscle PH and increase the proportion of chicken muscle,spleen index and brightness of broiler breast muscle and leg muscle also increased.In this study,we explored the effects of bile acids on the production perfomance of Broilers by bile acid and energy treatment.144 day old AA male broilers were randomly divided into 6 treatments,27 days old male broilers were randomly divided into 3 treatments,each of the 8 treatments was repeated,and the test period was 7 days.Treatment 1 and treatment 2 was in low energy diets(2900kcal/kg),were added to Og/t,500g/t and bile acid;3 and 4 in basal diet(3200kcal/kg),were added to Og/t,500g/t bile acid;treatment 5 and treatment 6 was fed with high energy diet(3500kcal/kg),were added to Og/t,500g/t bile acid.The results showed that in the 27?33 age,different levels of energy diets had a significant effect at the end of bile acid on broiler body weight(P<0.05),which at the end of the bile acid group weight was significantly higher than the control group(P<0.05),with the increase of dietary energy levels,body weight and daily weight gain of broiler stage increased significantly(P<0.05)and the ratio of feed and meat;a decreasing trend(P<0.1).And adding bile acid had no significant effect on the average daily gain and feed rate,which showed that the diet supplemented with bile acid had the effect on the performance of broilers.This study was to explore the effects of bile acids and heat stress on blood indexes of Broilers by means of bile acid and heat stress treatment.Using two factor completely random design,168 1 day old broilers were randomly divided into 4 treatments,respectively,bile acid*heat stress group,bile acid*normal group,basal diet*heat stress group,basal diet*normothermia group.Each treatment had 6 replicates,and each replicate of 7 chickens.0-6 days of age were fed the basal diet.Bile acid treatment group at 7 days of age was fed with the feed of 500g/t bile acid in the bile acid treatment group at 8 days of age.10 days of age at 8:00 am,heat stress group 41 + 1 C heat stress treatment 4h.The feed intake and body weight gain were collected during the experiment.Before 10 days of age,the samples were collected from the test samples,and the bile acid group and the basal diet group were repeated to take a chicken.10 days of age after heat stress,bile acid + heat stress,basic diet + heat stress test samples were collected,each repeated 2 chickens.The results showed that the increase of total protein,total cholesterol and high density lipoprotein in plasma was significantly increased,and the low density lipoprotein was increased.Heat stress group of plasma aspartate aminortransferase,total protein,serum albumin,glucose,triglyceride,total cholesterol,high density lipoprotein cholesterol,low density lipoprotein cholesterol and lactate dehydrogenase were significantly higher than the normal group.And the addition of bile acids had no significant effect on the blood parameters.This study showed that the addition of bile acids in diets could improve the slaughter performance,improve the meat quality,and the effect of the energy level on the production performance of broilers.Under the conditions of heat stress,the diet of the bile acid,can improve the body immunity,enhance the decomposition and metabolism of fat.
