| As the improvement of living level, big-fresh grape became a focus in grape production. In this study, two grape strains, "Jingya" and "Jingxiu" were treated by different plant growth regulators concentrations in different stages. From the point of view in production, changes of morphological, physiological-biochemical, endogenous hormone levels and the effect and mechanism of swelling agent in different growth stages were studied and valued. The results showed that:1. The best treatments of swelling agent is 10 ppm 15 days after anthesis, fruit-setting rate.single cherry weight and cluster weight were increased significantly, shape index was deceased, the exterior quality of fruit was improved. The average fruit-setting rate increased 16.8% and 10.3%, respectively. The average single cherry weight increased 36.7% and 28.7%, respectively. The cluster weight increased 47.9% and 25.7%. The average shape index decreased 0.036 and 0.048, respectively.2.The treatments of swelling agent reduce the solvable sugar content, acid content and Vc content, increase sugar acid ratio and show little influence on quality.3.Grape swelling agent accelerates the growth and development in early stages of fruits by increase CTK contents, increase cell number in unit volume and increase horizontal enlargement ability. The treatments of swelling agent increase GA content in early stages of fruit, thus increase fruit-setting rate; The increasing of ABA content is helpful for the absorption of assimilation products in metabolic pool cell. |
