| Some little Myxomycetes aren't easily collected in the field, not only for they are too little to be seen by naked eyes, but also for they grow scattered. So it is necessary for moist chamber culture to get some little myxomycetes. Moist chamber culture also can get some common large species, which is important supplement for limited manpower, time and collecting places. Moreover this method of experiment is simple to launch and needn't too much instruments. It has become a kind of important method of study. This experiment began in 2001.3 and ended in 2002.5, which totally carried out six times culture and every time last 2 months or so. Substrates mainly were the living bark collected from ChangBaiShan, DunHuaHuangNiHe, TongLiao, LiaoYuan, NongDaXiaoYuan, ChangChunJingYue. The number of substrates was in total 487. The substrates weren't put hi moist chamber of plastic chamber or enamel discs fitted with filter paper until they were soaked in water for 2-3 hours and absorbed enough water. Then they were cultivated under room temperature. By moist chamber culture, 68 specimens, 54 species are gained. Among these species there are 1 Ceratiomyxa, 1 Clastoderma, 5 Licea, 3 Cribraria, 4 Pecichaena, 3 Arcyria, 1 Hemitrichia, 1 Trichia, 12 Physarum, 2 Badhamia, 1 Craterium, 4 Diderma, 5 Didymium, 1 Comatricha, 1 Enerthenema, 1 Collaria ,1 Paradiacheopsis ,1 Stemonaria ,1 Macbrideola, 1 Diacheopsis , 7 new record species for China, which are Licea Kleistobolus, Diacheopsis metallica , Licea synsporos , Diderma donkii, Enerthenema intermedium, Paradiacheopsis rigida and Collaria arcyrionema and 1 new species named Pecichaena vitiate. Each species has detail description in this paper. Some special species and China new record species are illustrated by color photos and SEM photos. |
