Farmyard manure is one of important fertilizers for crop yield in our country, because it has fertilized the soil and enhanced the crop yield.Although the farmyard manure has all kinds of nutrition ,the content of nutrition is little .in addition ,the method of broadcasting fertilizer is backward . in order to solve this problem ,the theory and technique on the manure spreader were researched on the manure spreader were researched in this article.The mobility of farmyard manure is so poor that a great strength is needed to carry the manure ,therefore ,how to lower the power and enhance the uniformity becomes particularly important.The effects of the velocity of transporting chain ,and the interval ,height of the spatula on the transporting power were surveyed based on the manufacturing spreader on my own ,by the means of orthogonal test ,at the same time ,the order of all influencing factors was also established by the unitary regression method thus,the kinetic basis was provided.The data of functional experiment of the spiral spreader were obtained ,and the dominance along with the significance of factors ,which influence the available width and nonuniformity were definited.The mathematic model for speed of rotation, pitch,conveying, and available width and nonuniformity ,was established through the exactness of computer'stimulating the test model,meanwhile, the effect of single factor on the results was investigated through the computer's simulating characteristic.Furthermore.the course of spreading within the theory was analysed and the results of experiment was tested.The different kinds of pnysical mechanic parameter of farmyard manure was tested .through a lot of experiments.what's more,the composting process and management were introduced.
