At present there is a popular viewpoint in the farmers that the more we farm the field,the more the field become"thin".the more the maginal profit from the manure becomer low and the more the production become decrease.The major reasom ia that people have managed the field in the long term.It is just the reason that the quantilty of the organic fertilizer which we manured become more and more few that made the soil paddy and made soil fertility"thin".uoreover,the proportition of the soil nureritiou is seriously cut of order and the soil fertility become decrease just because the kind of fertilizer is too single.Organic manure oswellas name farmyard manure.the source of farmyard manure is very popular.It can be said that where existed agriculture or farmimg,where existed the source of the organie fertilizer.The more the agriculture develop,the more the source of the organic fertilizer become abundant if we deal with the problem about the organic fertilizer well,The soil willgain nutrient,upply the nutrition to the plant and advance the agricultural production on the contrary,it will polutec the environment,block the health and influence mans health,Therefor,agriculture esperts and talents sparkplay actively used organic manure and founded ecotypic benefitly agriculture and went to durative developmental track.Although organic manure tave plenty of mutrition its content is small.treat with and spread require many of man and material resources,techniqlle is backward.popular peasantry wish urgently achieved mechanization.At present,The process of farmyard manure's mechanization comprise collect dcal with transportation and spread etc.Spread is only unprecedented,the article contrapose a clrrelative theoretics of manure spreader and technology proceed to research.The mobility of the organic fertilizer is pool.and when we cany the organic fertilizer,it need very big power,so it is particularly important to choose reasonable structural parameters and kinetic parameters for us to decrease the power consumption when transported and increased the uniformlty.On the basis of manufacture of spreader and transportation,we survey the effect of the velocity of the transporting chain and the width and height of the spatula to the max power consumption when is transported and the unifo9rmity of the fertilizer mobility in the cource of the transportation.In the same time the oder of the importance and the base of the selection for all kindsof factors were etablishcd.Having done the bcach test by ways of orthogonal tcst,wcgot the data of the test of the spreading capability of the auger—type widespred device.Oder of imposite object of two indexes were stadied. The target of the spreading capability of the auger—type widespread device is simulated by computer,The mathmatics model is established,among the speed of rotation.pitch,conveying speed effeetive width and nonuniformity.Tbrough computer situation,it is proved that the mathematic model is right.Through computer simrlation,the effect of single factor on experimental result was stuelied,Also,the anslysis about the cource of the spreading in theory were condueted and test the rdault.The speed of the rotation pitch.and conveymg speed is obtained by Basic language Besides,optimum wmbine was obtained as target were different,by6 meand of fuzzy comprehensive judgment These are valuable for reference in design and the developmcnt of anger—type widespread device.Through a lot of experiments,the imdex of the physical mathematic characteristic of mainy different kinds of farmyard manure was tested.In the sametime the article introdllced produce of dunghill.Accordiny to the soil textuve the kinlof the corn and the condition of the dimate,farmyard manure should be applicated reasonablg and it should be appolicated with the chemistrical fertilizer.
