Leaf analysis and soil fertilizing were adopted to systematically study fertilizer-required rhythm and fertilizing effection on ShuangYou Vitis amurensis .The results showed:Seven mineral elements in leaf stalks of ShuangYou Vitis amurensis were obviously different from fresh grapes on change characteristics in growth season. The nitrogen content declined in the whole growth season. Nitrogen declined rapidly in former period, slowed while new shoots stop growing in middle time, and declined to minimum before leaf drop following nutrient elements flowing back. The Potassium content changed on wave change. Potassium declined rapidly in former period, rise slightly in middle time and later stage, and tended to decline after fruits ripening; Magnesium and phosphorus fluctuated slightly in the whole growth season; Calcium tended to rise and was obviously higher than fresh grapes, which was related to variety heredity characteristics and fertility of soil by preliminary conclusion; Iron and Zinc contents alternately changed. The proportion of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium, calcium and magnesium mineral nutrient elements at steady- time was 10:3.9:11.5:29.1:5.4.So it was suggested that fertilizers on ShuangYou Vitis amurensis mere mainly nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium; and their suitable proportion was 10:3.9:11.5. Nitrogen fertilizer should be spread before sprouting, potassium fertilizer should be used two weeks after flower and two weeks before berry, ripening, while phosphorus fertilizer can be used together with basis manure. Calcium fertilizer should be properly supplied.All kinds of mineral elements content in ShuangYou Vitis amurensis had a relatively steady period, therefore it was not suitable for different mineral elements to sample at the same time while proceeding leaf analysis. Nitrogen, potassium, calcium and zinc were suitable to sample 40~75 days after midflower, Phosphorus and magnesium were 30~95 days after midflower, and iron were 30~55 days after midflower.Fertilizing had obvious effect on ShuangYou Vitis amurensis growth and development, fruiting and berry quality. Only fertilizing nitrogen alone had more effects on plant nutritive growth than fertilizing phosphorus and potassium singly, while only fertilizing potassium alone had more effects on berry quality than fertilizing nitrogen and phosphorus singly. Prescribed fertilizing was helpful to plant growing and fruiting, improving berry qualityand accumulating material basis for high yield and high quality, and its comprehensive effect was better than single element fertilizing experiment also showed spike length and small green grain amount had nothing to do with mineral nutrition level in the tree.The amount of fertilizer on ShuangYou Vitis amurensis were: product fruit 100kg required nitrogen (N) 844g, phosphorus (P2O5) 1276g, potassium (K2O) 1313g. The numeral value was higher than JuFeng grape, which showed fertilizer requirement on ShuangYou Vitis amurensis was more than fresh grape. Therefore, fertilizing can not blindly refer to those research result and experience on fresh grape on production, but fertilizing should be accordance with the result of nutrition diagnosis of leaf analysis on ShuangYou Vitsis amurensis .
