Vitis amurensis CV. ShuangYou was taken for the material of the test, 14C tracer marker technology was used to study the accumulation and distribution of assimilation products in Vitis amurensis CV. ShuangYou. The results show that:The stage from anthesis to prophase of fruit inflation stage is the parallel stage of vegetative growth and reproductive growth. In this stage, the competitive ability of flowers, fruit clusters, and leaves is strong. The distribution rate of flowers and fruit clusters is 21.6% and 23% respectively. They were inferior to the leaves', which are 35.7% and 32%. The rate of fruit in coloration period is the highest, which is 35%. The output of leaves assimilation products increase. The rate of fruit in maturation period is 31.3%, leaves' decrease to 13.3%. In deciduous period, the rate of leaves is low, which is only 9.2%. In prophase of the whole postemergence the rate of canes and roots is stable, but in anaphase the rate increases strikingly. In deciduous period it is the highest, which are 50.1% and 27.2%. The change of 14CO2 assimilation products in stems is little in the whole postemergence, but in the prophase of fruit inflation period has a tribial increase. The dry matter in shoots, leaves, canes and roots is produced in the prophase of inflation stage, and the dry matter in fruits is produced in inflation period. The competitive ability and contribution in the accumulation of dry matter affected byphotosynthate are not only controlled by 14C distribution rate, but also by the net photosynthetic yield. The distribution of 14C assimilation products in different branches is different: The upper branch' transport to the top. The assimilation production that stems from media branches is transported to the top branches and canes as well as the bottom organs, and each amount is almost equal. Most assimilation products that stems from the lower branches is transported to the bottom organs, especially the root. The difference of distribution rate between the defoliation reserving lateral shoots and the defoliation plucking lateral shoots is not striking, so the means of plucking later5al shoots has no effect on the centralization transportation, we can take off all the lateral shoots in cultivation. Most photosynthate originated from the upper leaves and the lower leaves of the fruit clusters are distributes to the fruit clusters, which account for 8.4% and 7% respectively. And most of the photosythate is distributed among the branches that the marked leaves locate. Less of them is transported to other organs, which account for 0.3%. So the transportation has the trait of centralization supply and partial transportation.During the course of photosynthate transportation, it has the trait of dia transportation and longitudinal transportation. In the latter, it has upward and downward transportation. The longitudinal is higher than dia tropical, the upward is higher than the down ward, but the differences in each pair are not strikingly.
