| In this article,it determined the index of walnut shapes and its elements by the 38 samples in 16 counties,and analyzed through applying a lot of the methods of mathematics. Firstly it determined the index of walnut qualities and the climate elements of affecting qualities. According to the fundamental principles of resignation and referring to the space distribution of Sichuan provincial walnut groups and the distribution of the main climate elements in the geographical space,it could resign three regions in Sichuan province. The main results showed that:The focal point of researching quality of ecology was to find the corrections of quality and ecology,we must solve the problem of how to determine the index of quality,and the results of the principal analysis showed that:grease and fatty acid and protein content reflects the index of quality,and the acumination rate was 92.79%. and it proceeded on this in the article.On the viewpoint of the geographical spatial influences to the grease content,latitude is the most important factor. The grease content in the walnut showed an linear connection,and increased gradually with the latitude moving from the equator to north. Of all the climatic elements influencing the grease content,what was the most important were the highest temperature in January,the temperature change in a day,the average hours of sunlight in a year and the lowest temperature in August.Linoleic acid was affected by the lowest temperature in January and in July and the average temperature in August. According to the research,it's harmful to the linoleic acid's formation if the lowest temperature in January was between -5 and 0.But the temperature within 0 and 5 could promote the linoleic acid's accumulation. Thinking over the Positive-correlation of the linoleic acid with the July's lowest temperature and the August's average temperature,we could conclude that certain high temperature played a positive rule to formation and accumulation of linoleic acid.The oleic acid relative content was strongly swayed by the lowest temperature in January and in July and the average of August,and showed a secondary curve relation with the lowest temperature in January. During the period of January,the temperature of -5-0 was best for accumulation of oleic acid,and of 0-5 had a bad influence. The July's lowest temperature and the August's average temperature showed a negative correlation with the oleic acid relative content,the higher the lowest temperature in July,the average temperature in August and the higher of the oleic acid content.Linolenic acid has a positive - linear - correlation with latitude. It showed it plays a positive role of the ecological factors (such as the long illumination,lower temperature,and etc) of the northern in Sichuan for the accumulation of linolenic acid,but thedifference of the north and south was not conspicuous,and changes between 4% and 7%. What made the most important influence to the linolenic acid in walnuts were the highest temperature in July and in August and the rainfall. Among them,the highest temperature in August was less distinctive than any of the other two. Higher temperature was good for formation and accumulation of linolenic acid,but it must be moderate. Too much rainfall did harm to formation of the linolenic acid and the most proper quantity is about 1000mm.Polynomial function analysis methods was applied to establish the response surface of the geographical distribution and the climates to grease content,linoleic acid relative content,oleic acid relative content,linolenic acid relative content,water content and etc. And so a simple and practical method was supplied for the study of the relationships of the quality of the geographical distribution and the climates influence.Quality values on Sichuan' walnuts were carried out with fuzzy comprehensive evaluation,and the results were the follow:Wenchuan (24#) > Yajing (10#) > Guangyuan (16#) > Wenchuan (25#) > Luding(13#)>Yanbian (4#) > Xingwen (40#) > Huili (32#) > Huili (30#) > Yua... |
