A new technique for dry powder inactivated vaccines against RHDV and Clostridium Perferingen Type A disease and their immune effects have been discussed hi this paper. At the same tune a substitute experimental method to detect the virulence of a toxin of Clostridium Perfringens type A and an inhibition experiment of lecithin-toxin reaction to detect the anti-toxin levels of rabbits have been developed.(1) It has been shown that it will be better for RHDV inactivated vaccine to be dried when blended with a half Protect I. The obtained vaccine dried powder seems to be same effective as RHDV inactivated vaccine in hemagglution test, protecting rabbits from RHDV and lymphocyte transformation tests. A primary technique for dry powder vaccine against RHD could be established. And it is very important for the proper protector to be adopted when this inactivated vaccine was dried.(2) Firstly, inactivated vaccine against Clostridium Perfringens Type A disease should be condensed in the way of precipitation by ammonium sulphate. Then inactivated vaccine powder could be dried. It has been shown that obtained vaccine drie"d powder seems to be same effective as Clostridium Perfringens Type A, inactivated vaccine, according to animal experiments. A primary technique for dry powder inactivated vaccine against Clostridium Perfringens Type A disease could be established.(3) By testing LDso of a toxin with Kaerber method and counting the dilution units of the toxin-lecithin solution reaction of lOLDso a toxin, the new method succeeds in testing the toxin of Clostridium Perfringens type A instead of animal experiment. It has been showed that it will be more convenient and more accurate for the new method to determinate the a toxin with commercial material.(4) When a toxin is neutralized by the anti-toxin, there will be no lecithin-toxin reaction longer. According to this, a new inhibition experiment of lecithin-toxin reaction has been established to detect the anti-toxin levels of rabbits. It has been shown that different blood samples could be detected by the inhibition experiment of lecithin-toxin reaction. And it will be more accurate for the new method compared with the general neutralization-toxin experiment with commercial materials. It is more possible for the inhibition experiment of lecithin-toxin reaction to be used widely because of its simplicity.
