The investigation about six crossing combinations of economic traits was carried out in Tianhua Farm affiliated to Cigarette Plant in Changsha city. The results showed that the combination of HY XPIC1050 had the highest ADG better FCR the highest DP the biggest EMA high BP and thinner BFT among all six crosing combinations, but LMP and WCP were not excellent. As a whole, ideal results were still gained by mating with PIC synthetic line.By means of PAGE eight plasma proteins (enzymes) polymorphism(Hpx,Amy Amy2,Tf Ptf,Pa,Po1 Po2) were examined in six crossing combinations. The results showed that there were 26 genotypes and 19 alleles. All locus were in the balance of Hardy-Weinberg(P>0. 05).The relationship between plasma proteins(enzymes) polymorphisms and economic traits were analyzed with GLM of SAS program. The results showed that BB genotype of Tf loci and AA genotype of Amyl loci had significant or highly significant effect on CL(P<0. 05),AA genotype of Amyl loci had significant effect on EMA(P<0. 05),AA and BB genotype of Tf loci,AB genotype of Po2 loci had significant effect on BP(P<0. 05 ) . These locus could be used as biochemical genetic marker for economical traits in the programs of selection.Four enzyme activities (AMY,GPT,GOT,AKP,r-GT),their relationship with economic traits and their effect values on.economic traits were estimated. The results suggested that the activity of enzyme including AMY,GPT r-GT had significant or highly significant correlation with ADG(P<0. 05 or P<0. 01). Moreover the estimation of GLM' effects showed that GOT activity on DP> BP,ST(P<0. 05 or P<0. 01),the model effect of r-GT activity on SR was significant(P<0. 05).
