Study On Multi-function Precision Planting Sinus Wheel For Upland Crop

It had simply and novelty massing structure,and had better integrated level of technique.By emphatically studied the working mechanism of the planting sinus wheel,it establish the correlative mathematics model of filling seed,clearing seed,forming sinus,casting seed,earthling and so on,and proofed partial principal model and influencing factor of handling property by doing scaffolding test,this paper put forward the CAD program of the profile of sinus,and utilized this program to get optimized value of partial structure parameter of forming sinus container. It revealed the influencing regularity of speed of revolution,housing seed quantity and relevant structure parameter of planting sinus wheel to sowing quality .At the point that the speed of line belt was 0. 72m/s and the housing seed height of planting sinus wheel was 125mm,it found the sowing qualify is the best by orthogonal search test to the speed of linebelt and housing seed quantity,and at that time,the qualification rate of sinus granola was 97% and coefficient of variation of sinus distance was only 4. 1%.By using mutifactorial orthogonal test,and searched the structure parameter of forming sinus and casting seed container,it put forward the principal structure parameter of forming sinus and casting seed container:the back angle of dip of forming sinus duck beak tune was 10;the length of earthling wheel fender was 80mm;the location angle of wheel fender was 120 . And at the time,the earthling surface was smooth and the leakage-sowing rate was only 2.8%.
