With the achievements by the former researchers of seeder implements of hole-forming, this paper put forward a new type of precision one with compact strutting steering wheel air-suction.The seeding was designed separately and the number of seeding rows can be decided freely.The main characteristics of lever-openning hill-drop planter is as following:the method of twice throwing seeds is adopted;boring and caving device is composed with fixed part and rotatable one,always closed in the state of non-opening,basing on principle of lever rotatable part is opened when most depth of boring and caving is reached,then second throwing seeds is completed.The systemic research has done on the structure and methods of designing parameters.The position of the cam and its parameters were also optimized to make the boring and caving device not block the soil,not grip the soil,and not grip the film.The principle of forming sinus was studied,then the factors affecting the sinus size was obtained.As a new type of precision seeder,the forming sinus theory and movement theory were researched in detail in this paper,and the trial of virtual machine was analyzed.The simulation experiment showed that the size of air-suction hold and the velocity of machine affected the plant precision,which makes assure the biggest reliable forward speed.These studies provide the theoretical and practical basis for the design and manufacture of this model.
