The study is based on the theory of Plant Microecology. It believes that a plant is anything but a pure individul ,and there are a lot of microorganisms associated with plant. The purpose of the study was to screen for antagonistic microbes of pathogens, which causing the post-harvest diseases of banana, then to apply them on the post-harvest treatment. The leaves, flowers and fruits of banana were collected from Danzhou,Lingao, Dongfang, et al. in Hainan Province and Guangxi Province, and 616 isolates were abtained. After placed under the pathogenic microorganism-isolates pairing culture, peel testing and post-harvest treatment of banana, 9 isolates were found to have a strong antagonism to colletotrichum musae.Their average control effect was 63.35%-75.1%, showing good applicable prospect. They were identified, and among them,Jl 1 and J15 were Pythium spp., J64 was Penicillium freguentans, HD1 was Pseudomonas sp., ADS8, ABS8 and AES1 were Erwinia spp. The antagonistic mechanisms could be divided into fungus -inhibition and competition.
