The genetic diversity of 4 Shandong province local goat was studied using 27 microsatellite DNA markers most of which come from FAO and ISAG. the others coming from the Schrooten C. Boenhuist H. Coppieters W. Van Arendonk JA and Ashwell MS .which are association with QTL of growth. The genetic heterozygosity polymorphism information conten(PIC) , private alelles frequency, dominate alelles frequency, the homogene and the gene flow in different population, genetic distance among the four goat populations were computed and dendrogram were constructed to evaluat the genetic variability within breeds and genetic relationship among breeds, the results were as follows:1 The mean FsT(0. 230385) and the mean GST(0. 302927) demonstrated that about 67% or 70% of the total genetic variation was due to the genetic differentiation within each population. The least Fis among the four population is JNQ, which demonstrated the inbreeding coefficient is very high.2 The mean heterozygosity of different goat population varied from 0. 302366 (LSN) to 0. 582329 (JNQ), which didn't give us directly evidence about the contruction of different breeds3 Some dominate alelles and private alelles were shown to be imporant in the costruction of the population structure.4 Some homogenes and the figures of gene flow were shown .which were correspondence with the genetic distance of different goats population . in additon test the acurrative of the genetic distance.5 A phylogenetic tree based on the Nei(1978) standard genetic distance displayed a remarkable degree of consistency with their different geographical origins and their presumed migration throughout shandong privance.6 The polymophorphism information contents (PIC) of the 27 microsatellite locus ranges from 0. 2000 to 0. 95 after analyzed by special software, the PIC value on most of them is more than 0.5000.7 The results of Chis and Fisher showed that all goat breeds do not fit which Hardy-Weinberg equilibrium in these 27 locus.8 The six microsatellite DNA markers BMS1724, BMS1943, BMS1290, BM6404, BM1818, MAF70 were associated to performance traits of Shandong privance district goats.
