This subject was studied the effect of different P, K concentration in nutrient by Deep Flow Technique(DFT) on growth, yield and quality of tomato . And the main results were as follows:1. Compared with CK, the growth of tomato was promoted obviously, and fresh weight, dry weight per plant ,shoot height and stem width were all increased, and the root and shoot ratio(R/S) was raised because of boosting of P, K concentration in nutrient properly. Under this trial conditions, the dry substance of shoot and root of per plant were ascending all the times with increasing of K concentration, and the growth curve did not show "S" typically. At the same time, the dry matter was conveyed to the root, and improved the root growth under abundance nutrition of P, K in nutrient.2. The content of Chla, Chlb, and Chi was improved obviously because of increasing of K concentration in nutrient, and the content of Chla had max value at K3 level (8mmol/l), and then declined a little; Chlb was on the contrary, Chi steadiness. So all the changes avoided premature senility, and enhanced photosynthesis. Effect of P on Chi was same to K, the content of Chla, Chlb, Car and Chi were all increased with the improving of P in nutrient, all these had max value at the level of P4(4.75mmol/l).3. The growth of tomato root was promoted, and succinic dehydrogenase activity and the total absorption and active absorption area were increased because of abundance K in nutrient, they had max value at the level of K3(8mmol/l); and the nutrition of P also improved the succinic dehydrogenase activity, and its max value was appeared at P3(3.75mmol/l)level; but at the highest level of P (P5=5.75mmol/l), the root of tomato fasciated, and P stress was showed.4. The fruit-setting, single-fruit-weight and yield of tomato were advanced with promoting of P, K concentration in nutrient, and the max yield of tomato was gained at 3.75mmol/l and 10mmol/l concentration of P, K . The soluble protein, Vitamine C and titrarable acidity were also increased with increasing of P, K concentration, and the soluble sugar was declined of Ptreatment, K treatment's was increased, but K level was not significant effected on nitrate.5. The proper concentration of P and K in nutrient can promoted the absorption of N, P and K. and for Ca and Mg, K can promoted absorption of Ca, Mg in a proper concentration, or overabundance K concentration will prohibite the absorption of Ca, Mg. Ca was prohibited to convey to the shoot, especially leaves of tomato, and the content of Ca in root was raised; the effect of P concentration in nutrient on absorption of Mg was on the contrary. The relationship between P , K and microelements :Absorption of Fe, Mn, Cu and Zn was promoted by the proper K concentration, otherwise, their absorption were prohibited with overabundance K concentration in nutrient. About P , absorption of Mn was improved, but Cu was restrained; and the relationship between P and Fe, Zn is same to Effect of K.
