Active component is an important index of evaluating thequality of glycyrrhiza is good or not, however,outside environment and cultivation technique have an apparent effect on its formation and accumulation in the body of glycyrrhiza.At present, the average content of glycyrrhizic acid in glycyrrhiza can’t meet criterion of pharmacopoeia in national glycyrrhiza production areas.Therefore,it is significant to study how to improve the quality of glycyrrhiza in the course of cultivation.The article is mainly involved with two aspects of a research:on the one hand, by the dynamic change of content of primary active component in glycyrrhiza studied in the petri dish and pot experiment,researchers explore the accumulation rule of main anctive component of glycyrrhiza,which provides certain theoretical basis for prompting quality of glycyrrhiza.on the another hand,adopting "3414"experimental design, we mainly study not noly the influence of npk on the growth of glycyrrhiza, Nutrient Uptake,and content of active component by pot experiment, but also the impact of npk on output of glycyrrhiza and content of active component by field research, which sets a scientifically theoretical norm about rational fertilization in its growth. This t main research results of the topic are as follows1. Identify the accumulation rule of main active component of glycyrrhizaGlycyrrhizic main active ingredient in glycyrrhiza such as Liquorice glycosides, glycyrrhizic acid, licorice and licorice root element, can be detected when radicle length is to 0.3 cm After the seed germination.Licorice glycosides can be detected when its true leaf grows meantimes, and the content of active component will be up when true leaf unfolds,from which we infer that Revealing the radicle and leaf unfolding are two key time points when the content its active component vanishes. During the whole growth period o shiftly trend of content of its active component is to go up firstly,then to go down. On July 22, when sampling,content of Liquiritin and Isoliquiritigenin is the highest; sampling on September 27,, the content of glycyrrhizic acid is the highest.1. Clear the accumulation of the main active ingredients of licoriceLicorice seed germination showing radicle can detect glycyrrhizin and licorice, radicle length to 0.3cm can be detected glycyrrhizic acid and licorice, at the first true leaf unfolding can detect isoliquiritin. The contents of the contents of licorice and licorice were increased in the process of revealing the true leaves to first leaves, and the contents of the main active components of the seed were changed in the shape of the main active components during the annual growth period.2. The appropriate level of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer can significantly affect the growth and yield of licoricePot experiment, N1P2K1 on annual yield of Glycyrrhiza uralensis effect is good, of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium concentrations were urea 195mg/L, superphosphate 126mg/L, potassium sulfate 261mg/L, is 4.6 times higher than that of the control group; in order to deal with N2P3K2 for 2 years students yield of Glycyrrhiza uralensis had the best effect on promoting and of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium concentrations were urea 390mg/L, superphosphate 189mg/L, potassium sulfate 522mg/L, than the control group increased the 16.7%. In field experiment, significantly improve the formulation of Jiuquan annual yield of Glycyrrhiza uralensis is N1P2K2. According to N 12.4g/m2, P2O5 18 g/m2, K2O 14 g/m2 fertilization yield 38.5%; can significantly increase the Jiuquan in the yield of Glycyrrhiza uralensis formula is N2P1K2, press N 24.8 g/m2, P2O5 9 g/m2, K2O 14 g/m2 fertilizer,76.0% yield, significantly improve the Chifeng White Tara sound 2 years production formula is N1P2K2. According to the N 12.4 g/m2, P2O5 18 g/m2, K2O g/m2 of fertilization yield 35.1%.3. The effect of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium fertilizer on the content of active components of licoriceA certain level of nitrogen and potassium is conducive to improving the annual liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid content, phosphorus deficiency stress, and the P to the appropriate level can promote the accumulation of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid, liquiritin content increased formula suitable is N2P2K1, suitable for a one year old glycyrrhizic acid containing an increased amount of formula is N2P2K1 suitable in improve the content of glycyrrhizic acid formula is N2P0K2.Excessive nitrogenous fertilizer is not conducive to the improvement of liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid content, the appropriate level of phosphorus and potassium fertilizer can promote the accumulation of liquiritin, phosphorus deficiency stress, and the P to the appropriate level can promote the accumulation of glycyrrhizic acid; Jiuquan 1 year unripe licorice to deal with N2P2K1 of glycyrrhizic acid accumulation effect in promoting the significant and N2P1K2 of liquiritin accumulation effect, to deal with N1P2K2 of 2 year Glycyrrhiza glycyrrhizic acid and liquiritin accumulation effect is better, to N1P1K2 treatment of Chifeng 2 years born licorice Glycyrrhiza acid, liquiritin accumulation effect is good.4. Clear the nitrogen phosphorus potassium nutrient absorption and accumulation ruleThe nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrient content and uptake of all the treatments were N>K>P. Low level of N1 and N2 have beneficial to the ground part and root with the increase of amount of nitrogen; with increased levels of P elements. The ground parts and roots of phosphorus content increasing; difference of ground parts and roots of potassium content of different levels of K was not significant. Low levels of N1 and N2 is conducive to the ground with the increase of nitrogen content, high levels of N3 is conducive to increase the content of root; high level of P3 is conducive to increased and phosphorus contents of the roots; difference of ground parts and roots of potassium content of different levels of K was not significant.The lack of nitrogen and phosphorus is not conducive to the annual liquorice plant nitrogen and phosphorus uptake increased, phosphorus deficiency, to a certain extent, inhibited annual licorice plant K uptake increased; the lack of nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium elements is not conducive to the biennial liquorice plant uptake increased, phosphorus deficiency, to a certain extent, inhibited biennial liquorice plant phosphorus and potassium uptake increased; years 1,2, raw licorice plant in N2P2K2 and N2P2K0 treatment nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium nutrient absorption amount is higher. Years 1,2, raw licorice plant nitrogen, phosphorus and potassium absorption there was significant positive correlation between weight and root fresh weight, and annual Radix Glycyrrhizae liquiritin, glycyrrhizic acid content was positively related, and 2 years students Glycyrrhizae liquiritin and glycyrrhizic acid content was negatively correlated.
