The 2Z5-8 electromagnetic vibration rice seeding transplanter was developed by the mechanization of farming of staff room in Guangxi University. For it is not solved about the synchronization of the amount of seeding transplant and velocity in application, when the velocity is changed, the amount of seeding transplant is not adjusted timely. With the result of this, the distance of seeding can not controlled. In addition, by variance analysis on the coherence of the amount of seeding transplant of both every row and gross, indicate that it is notable that the voltage affect the coherence of the amount of seeding transplant of both every row and gross. For we applied storage battery (+12V) to provide electrical source, when the rotate speed of diesel engine is increased, the steady voltage cannot is assured, which will affect the synchronization.In this paper, it is carried out the controlled system of single-chipmicrocomputer (AT89C52), which is based on DDC (Direct Digital Control), to resolve the synchronization of the amount of seeding transplant and velocity, and utilize series voltage regulator to resolve the stability of the voltage. In this way, the single-chip microcomputer is made use of a part of the control system, and deal with the date according to the set rule. Consequently the control is in a state regulated. On the base of experiment, making use of the Hall's sensor (JL18A3-8Z/NK) gathers the signal of velocity, and building the relation of the velocity and vibration frequency of seedling feeding vibration plate. When the velocity is changed, in order to change the amount of seeding transplant, single-chip microcomputer adjusts the frequency of electromagnet.About the question of regular voltage of generator, we can meet with the requirement by designing DC voltage stabilized power supply.
