Irrigation is one of the way of agriculture development.In order to develop efficient agriculture, Irrigation need to apply all kinds of advanced technology.In today’s society,human resource is very precious,Irrigation of automation, intelligent is particularly important.So the design of remote monitoring system of irrigation, can be monitoring the large-scale irrigation.System can collect data of the irrigation area,including the temperature and humidity of soil,that control solenoid valve for irrigation. System is not only to realize remote monitoring of irrigation,but also use fewer resources,to make the cost reasonable,become one of the effective ways of developing agriculture.The construction of Communication system can use power line carrier communication technology, apply PL3106 power line carrier chips and design power line carrier module.Using the single chip microcomputer technology, Modbus RTU protocol to realize the control system. The main contributions mainly includes the following several parts:According to the specific requirement of the irrigation area,I design remote monitoring system framework.Determine the communication system by using power line carrier communication technology,Designing control system by using single chip microcomputer technology and using GPRS technology for communicating with PC. Under ideal conditions,system can implement the remote monitoring of irrigation.Based on comparing and Analysis,I chose PL3106 powerline carrier wave chip as the core chip system between several kinds of commonly used power line carrier chips.It can also be used to cantrol system as the main controller.The specific control system,by using Modbus-RTU communication protocol.Power line carrier module design.Then design the external circuit of Power line carrier module,including the amplifying circuit,filter circuit and coupling circuit. So as to realize power line carrier communication.I designed the hardware interface circuit of the control system,including Chip interface circuit,serial interface circuit,power circuit and so on.The design of the control system software,including the following functions,reading of the sensor data,controling solenoid valve and communicating with PC.The design of PC software,to communicate with the system by GPRS module,so the system can be remote controlled by PC.Building and simulating the external circuit model of Power line carrier module by Multisim.Analysis of the carrier signal distortion between the sender and the receiver,to determine the quality of carrier communication module.Final testing system, analyzes the concrete situation of communication.
