Effect Of Barodon On Immunological Activites Of Chinese Soft-shelled Turtle

Barodon is a kind of fermentation substance and anionic alkali mineral complex solution and used in a lot of diriction in American and other countris . Chinese soft-shelled turtle were fed with the diet containg Barodon for 30d. The results show that the barodon can increase the serum bacteriolytic activity and the ANAE activity in spleen of turtle; the barodon can significantly enhance the phagocytic activity of mononaclear phagocytic system (MPS). Barodon can enhance the rate of erythrocyte rosette forming cell of Chinese soft-shelled turtle .Interleukin-2 is a kind of important factor not only in specifical but also in inspecifical immune.The test show the interleukin-2(IL-2) activities of Chinese soft-shelled turtle which fed with the diet containg Barodon were higher than which didn't fed.In other side ,The antibody which the prodution by B-Lymphocytic cell is the other factor which reflected the immunis conditions of Chinese soft-shelled turtle.Though the indirect agglutination titer show the serum indirect agglutination titer which fed with the diet containg Barodon is higher than which didn't fed .Barodon can decrease the attack rate of Ulcer disease of soft -shelled turtleAll those indicate that biological activitiy and anionic alkali mineral complex solution - Barodon fed by 30d can stimulate the improvement of immune function in Chinese soft-shelled turtle.
