Two experiments were conducted to investigate effects of trace element amino acid chelate supplemented in broiler diets.Experiment 1 One factor design was conducted to investigate the effects of trace element amino acid chelate and inorganic trace element on growth performance and serum biochemical indexes of broiler. 300 1-day-old Avian broiler were distributed randomly into five treatments :(l)control rcorn-soybean basel diet (2)the basel diet supplement with amino acid chelates(Fe40ppm, Zn20ppm, Cu4ppm,and Mn30ppm);(3) the basel diet supplement with amino acid chelates (FeSOppm, Zn40ppm, CuSppm and Mn60ppm);(4)the basel diet supplement with amino acid chelates(Fe!50ppm, ZnlSOppm, Cu250ppmand Mn200ppm); (5) the basel diet supplement with feed grade sulfate (FeSOppm, Zn40ppm, Cu Sppmand Mn60ppm) with 3 replicate pens of 20 birds each per treatment. The results showed:(l)trace element amino acid chelate were efficacious for improving body weight(BW) by 5.61% and feed conversion rate(FCR) by 4.5% at lower levels than inorganic trace element .(2)the trace element amino acid chelate increased serum IgGJgM content n.reduces leg abnormalities and mrotality. (3)the trace element amino acid chelates have no negative impact on the physiology of liver and kidney.Experiment 2 The four factors quadratic regression practically right cross revolve design was conducted to investigate the effects of supplemental trace element amino acid chelate on the performance and serum antibody levels of broilers. 840 1-day-old broiler chickers (Avian)were selected and allotted randomly to 36 treatments.treatments( 1-24) had 3 replications and treatments(25-36) had 1 replication, each replication had 10 broilers. The levels of supplemented trace element amino acid chelate were Cu(0-250ppm), Fe(0-300ppm),Zn(0-300ppm),and Mn(0-240ppm).Results of this experiment indicated that: (1) copper is the main factor to achieve the higherperformance ,while Iron is the main factor to achieve the higher antibody levels. Broilers(0-21 day-old ) can achieve the best performance when the optimun combination levels of trace element amino acid chelate were Fe90pp,Cu100ppm,Zn120ppm and Mnl44ppm,while the optimun combination levels of trace element amino acid chelate were Fe98.9ppm,Cu80.6ppm,Zn116.4ppm and Mn80,5ppm for broiler(21-42 day-old ). broilers(0-21 day-old ) can achieve the better feed conversion rate when the optimun combination levels of amino acid chelate were Fel67ppm,Cu221.6ppm,Zn248.9ppm and Mn215ppm, while the optimun combination levels of amino acid chelate were Fel94ppm,Cul82.7ppm,Zn203.1ppm and Mnl4-3.4ppm.
