The study researched the effects of complex amino acid chelate zinc, manganese supplementation on the production performance, apparent digestibility of nutrition and mineral elements in broiler chickens through the following two experiments.Experiment 1: 1200 7-day-old, healthy AA broilers were divided into 6 treatments randomly with 4 repeats in each treatment and 50 broiler chickens per repeat. Adopting single factor design to compare the basal diet supplement with different level of CAAC-Zn, Mn (3D-Zn,3D-Mn 0%,20%,40%,60%,80%,100%) on the growth performance, disease occur rate in leg and death rate of broiler chickens, and ascertain the optimum combination level. The results showed: CAAC-Zn, Mn was effective for improving growth performance, decreasing the disease occur rate in leg and death rate of broiler chickens. Compared with corresponsive inorganic microelement sulfate, the abstract body weight and relative body weight increased during the whole feeding time, especially the body weight of treatment 4(60%) and 5(80%) increased significantly(p<0.05), and the feed conversion of which increased by 11.8%,and 11.0%.Experiment 2: In this experimen, one factor design was conducted and 24 healthy, 42-day-old Arbor Acres(AA) broiler chickens were randomly divided into six groups(n=4 for each group). Six different level of﹙3D-Zn, 3D-Mn, 0%,20%,40%,60%,80%,100%﹚ were supplemented on the daily diet. Among six groups the supplemental level of the Zn,Mn was indent to other nutrition index. We used the conventional method to determine CP, DM, CF, CA, Ca, P, Zn and Mn in the daily diet and excrement to investigate the effect of different levels of CAAC-Zn, Mn on the apparent digestibility of these nutritions and mineral elements. The result showed that: CAAC-Zn, Mn could improve the apparent digestibility of nutritions and mineral elements in broilers'diet. Especially the level of 40%, 60% and 80% showed better effect than other levels.Take into account of each index in these experiments; the optimum combination level of CAAC-Zn, Mn was 60%.
