In this paper, the biochemical, physiological and hemorheological values of southern Xinjiang Cashmere Goats, Northern Xinjiang Cashmere Goats, Liaoning Cashmere Goats and Xinjiang Goats were tested, which amount to 26 tested indexes and 9 deduced indexes. By means of biostatistical methods including S test and step by step regression analysis, it was shown that the common factors which effected the whole blood viscosity (b) of the four kinds of goats were hematocrit (HCT) and plasma viscosity(b), and the values of HCT of Northern Xinjiang Goats, and RBC of Southern Xinjiang Goats is the highest among the four kinds of goats, and no significant difference in red blood cell (RBC) between Sourthern XinJing goats and Xinjiang goats were found. There were significant difference in the concentration of Fb, CHO, TP, GP, Ca, P and in whole blood viscosity at shear rate (230s-1,115s-1, 23s-1, 5.75s-1) among the four kinds of goats, while the plasma viscosity of Sothern Xinjiang Cashmere was the lowest. According to analyzing the relations between cashmere production and physiobiochemic and hemorheologic values of southern XinJing cashmere, it was suggested that it's very necessary to supply feeds which is rich in protein mineral and vitamin for improving cashmere production. The chromosome karyotype of the southern Xinjiang CashmereGoats was studied. These results may be help for further study on the field of cashmere goats science.
