This study including two experiments was conducted to evaluate the effects of dietary bacilli probiotics on performance, gut microflora, immune function, intestinal enzyme activity , and endocrine secretion in Avian broilers of 1-28 and 28~42 days old, and to assess the roles of dietary bacillus .the study aims to serve as the base for further research and application on bacillus as feedstuff additive .The first trial studied application of four kind of bacillus and antibiotics with broilers of 1-28 days old.In trial.210 broilers were randomly assigned to seven groups , with three replications per group .the control group was provided with the basal diet Bacillus subtilis,B.Licheniformis, B . Cereus, B. natto .probiotics and antibiotics, were supplemented to the basal diet respectively to form seven trial diets. At day 28 three broilers per group were slaughted to collected samples to test T3,T4,SOD,Ca,P,Chol,IgG, IgM, lgA(both serum and duodenum),SOD activity .intestinal enzyme activity.and test gut microflora from caecum.,and removed the immune organ(Spleen,Thymus,Bursa.F.)to test their weightThe trial results show that:dietary bacillus improved the daily weight gain of broilers of l~28days old, however did not improve feed conversion ratio significantly. The results also show that bacillus diets improve the number of Bifldobacteria and reduce the number of E.coli significantly. Natto bacillus group and compound bacillus significantly improved content of IgA in serum (P<0.05) , compared, with basal diet and antibiotics group; B .Licheniformis group significantly improved content of IgG in serum (P<0.05) , however, all groups did not significantly improved immune organs exponent group of bacillus improved content of Ca,P,however, did not improve content cholesterol. Group of Bacillus subtil is,B-Cereus and B.natto significantly improved intestinal enzyme activity .than basal diet and antibiotics group. B.Cereus and Natto bacillus significantly reduced content of intestinal NH3 (PO.05) ;compound bacillus group, B.Cereus and B.Licheniformis significantly improved SOD activity (PO.05) .The second trial studied application of four kind of bacillus and antibiotics in conditions that broilers of 28 days old chanllenged byE.coli.Groups is the same with the first trial .there were 189broilers assigned to seven groups, with three replications per group.the trial studied role of four kinds of bacillus probiotics challenged by E.coli.death rate and diarrhea were examined ,at day 42,three broilers per groupwere slaughtered, collected samples and testedT3,T4,Ca,P,Chol,IgA(duodenum),SOD activity ,'mtestinal enzyme activity, and test gut microflora from caecum.,and removed the immune organ(Spleen,Thymus,Bursa.F-)to test their weight.the results showed that amount of Bifidobacteria and E. coli is significantly higher and lower in groups supplemented with bacillus .bacilli probiotics can improve SIgA significantly when compared with the control. In comparison to the control ,serum endocnme of group of probiotic bacillus dietary increased significantly.
