According to combined anesthesia theories and aiming directly at the physiology behavior, biology peculiarity, this experiment carried out a series of systemic studies by scientific, reasonable methods.Ketamine, xylidinothiazoline etc. were screened out from many kinds of anesthetic then the proportion of every kinds of anesthetic were explored in pre-experiment, According to the results of pre-experiment, the probative compound anesthetic was determined by L (3) orthogonal experiment and orthogonal design decisive verification experiment in mouse.Injecting the probative compound anaesthtic into the muscle of Rhesus Macaque carried out the clinical anesthesia experiments. Then observed the anesthesia effects, the physiology reflection of Rhesus Macaque. At the same time the circulation function, respiration function and encephalon function were monitored with Datex circulation, respiration monitor and multifunctional physiologic grapher S J-42 continuously and dynamically. The results indicated that the effects of anesthesia was good, it reach the surgical anesthetic depth. The relation between analgesia, sedation and muscle relaxation were balanced. The compound anesthetic has little effects on the physiology function of Rhesus Macaque. It was thus evident that the compound anesthetic can meet the clinical needs.Acute toxicity experiment were carried out in mouse by sequential method, the results showed that ED50=20.70mg/kg, LD50=99.55mg/kg. The anesthesia exponent (safety coefficient) A1=LD50/ED50=99.55/21.70=4.58. These results indicate that the AI is above the usual demand.
