The Research On Anesthesia Effect And Monitor On Pig's Compound Anesthetic-ZFM

The composition ZFM is a kind of new anesthetic agent used specially for pigs.This study waspurpose to validate the effect of anesthetize and safety for pigs,the general physiology state havebeen observed.The result of general physiological index of anestheized pigs showed that ZFM had couldproduce the decrease of body temperature, heart rate and blood pressure, breathing rate speed up,but each index were in tolerance scope.The result showed that ZFM only slightly influence on thephysiological functions of pigs and has no adverse effects.The result of reflection monitoring of anesthetized pigs showed that ZFM could producesatisfying anesthesic effects and has balanced effects in sedative, analgesic,muscle relaxing andcould also produce medium duration of anesthesia in pigs, which are enough to satisftyordinary, medium clinical surgical operations.The result of Datex respiration monitor showed that ZFM may have slight restraint, but all theindex were in normal range,which showed that ZFM have no adverse effects on repiration.Electrocardiogram (ECG) and Electorencephalogram (EEG) monitoring results showed thatpigs'ECG shapes were regular.EEG frequency and the amplitude showed obviously transformedduring anesthesia.The distinct change in frequency and the amplitude showed that ZFM had astrong sedative in pigs.To evaluate the influence on livers and kidneys of pigs with ZFM anesthesia, activity of ALT,AST, ALP and concentration of Crea and Urea in blood serum before and after anesthesia wasmeasured. The results showed that all biochemical indexes have no obvious changes, whichindicted that normal dose for ZFM has no obvious influences on the functions of livers andkidneys.In operation PR,HR,BP, SEF, MF, EFMGwere monitored,the results showed that PR,HR, BPhave no obviously change,SEF changed obviously on pig anesthesia and come around,whichshowed that ZFM have strong sedative and analgesic effect on pigs.This experiment showed that compound anesthetic for pigs-ZFM could produce satisfyinganesthesia effect, easily to manipulated. Especially, compound anesthetic agent for pigs-ZFM hadno adverse effects on all physiologic functions.
