The microsatellite loci are used in this experiment to analysis the genetic diversity of 240 goats of six population (Arbas, Erlangshan, Wuzhumuqin, Alashan, Liaoning cashmere goat and Shannan white goat) from four breeds. We calculate the allele frequency and according which to get gene diversity, PIC and the number of effective allele, which is 0.367-0.467, 0.533-0.639 and 2.571-4.915 respectively. It can be offer the basis of protection and use of goat breeds according the genetic variation degree of between and within population. The 30 microsatellites loci are selected from published cattle and sheep loci in this experiment. Analysize the genetic variation of six population we get 259 allele, which show that the polymorphplogical of these 30 loci is abundant in these six population.Making use of the GDA microsoft we get Ds and Dcoa . The result show that thegenetic difference between population is not big, so that the affinity of six goat population is high. According to Ds and Dcoa we make NJ and UPGMA cluster and the result is cashmere goat, especially Inner Mongolia cashmere goat cluste together first.
