Yaza 1 hao(Zhu 1S/Gugngjing 1 hao),Yaza 2 hao(Lu 18S/Gnangjing 1 hao),Liangyoupeijiu(Pei'ai 64S/9311),Peiliangyou500(Pei'ai 64S/500),Peiliang youE32(Pei' ai 64S/E32),Luliangyou454(Lu 18S/01H454) and Shanyou63(CK) were used in the study. Several aspects were studied. They are yield characters, the dynamic change of leaf area, the dynamic change of photosynthetic rate, the dynamic change of dry-matter accumulation, the dynamic change of usable carbohydrate in stem and sheath, the dynamic change of sucrose-phosphate synthase(SPS) activities and the anatomical features of upmost intemode. The corresponding super-high-yield measures which coordinated the relationship one anotherwere also suggested. The main results are as follows:1. The two-line intersubspecific hybrid combinations have a large sink capacity, middling seed setting rate and weak tillering ability. They should have enough basis seedline and tiller early. The plant is too high. The individual biological yield are higher obviously than other combinations, but the economic coefficient is low.2. The leaf area index(LAI) is correlated significantly with the total dry-matter and the weight of a panicle at the early filling period. The intersubspecific combinations have higher photosynthetic rate of simple leaf and longer photosynthetic period of the late filling period. The photosynthetic of single leaf have no obvious correlation with yield characters, but it should strengthen the ability of using light of uppermost leaf 3 and the under leaves.3. The dry-matter of a single stem is correlated negatively with the productive tillers per plant,it should further to study how to control the best tillering to achieve the largest biological yield and economic yield. The leaf dry-matter is correlated with total spikelets per panicle, the dry-matter of stem or sheath is correlated with total spikelets per panicle and productive spikelets per panicle at the early filling period. So it should achieve large enough biological yield at the early filling period. The export of dry-matter is correlated significantly with the weight of a panicle. So it should increase the export and transformation of dry-matter to advance the economic coefficient.4. The yield of combinations that usable carbohydrate in stem and sheath is excessive at the early filling period and it export enough at the late filling period is high.The usable carbohydrate in sheath is negatively correlated with the productive tillers per panicle, is correlated with the total spikelets per panicle.The export of the usable carbohydrate in stem and sheath concentrate from heading to the 10th day after heading, the change is the same.The export of usable carbohydrate in sheath is ealier than the stem's. Much of combinations have the phenomena that the usable carbohydrate reaccumulate.5. The physiological activities of source-flow-sink can be reflected through the activities of sucrose-phosphate synthase (SPS) in leaves in some respects,the yield and seed setting rate is high which the combinations have high activity of SPS. The SPS activity has no obvious correlation with single leaf photosynthetic rate at the early filling period, but they are correlated at mature period. It showed that to prolong the photosynthesis period of leaves and to prevent premature senescence can keep high activity of SPS.The activity of leaf SPS is correlated significantly with the usable carbohydrate in stem before heading.The activity of leaf SPS is reflected easily by grain filling at the late filling period.6. The weight of a single stem is correlated with the number of large vascular bundle and the number of small vascular bundle, is correlated significantly with the area of vascular bundles and the area of phloem for vascular bundles. The yield per plant is correlated with the area of culm wall. The seed setting rate is correlated with the area of transverse section for internode.
