In this study,the test materials is,Luliangyou996,Zhuliangyou02, Cliangyou87 Zhuliangyou819,Zhuliangyou4024,Zhuliangyou4026,Zhuliangyou3020,Cliangyou396,Cli angyou513,Cliangyou4488,YliangyouNO.1,Liangyou0293,liangyoupeijiu,YangliangyouN O.6,Zhunliangyou527.There are Analysis of chalky Characters in two-line super hybrid rice,effect of different sowing time on two-line super hybrid rice,study of correlation of quality characters in two-line super hybrid rice,effect of different shading treatments on chalky characters of the grains at different positions within two-line super hybrid rice, and so on. The results were as follows:1 There are significant difference between early rice and late rice in hybrids by two-line method, late rice has a preferable quality of rice compared to early rice.2 The results indicated that chalky kernel percentage of two-line super hybrid rice was positivley correlated with grain weight,pasting temperature(r=0.2266,0.0757), completely no correlated with brown rice(r=0.00), significant negatively correlated with milled rice,gel consistency(r=-0.3905*,-0.3807*), highly significant negatively correlated with head rice yield(r=-0.5397**) and highly significant positivley correlated with amylase content(0.7790**); Chalkiness degree of two-line super hybrid rice was significant positivley correlated with grain weight(r=0.3147*), completely no correlated with brown rice(r=0.00),significant negatively correlated with milled rice (r=-0.3582*), highly significant negatively correlated with head rice yield,gel consistency (r=-0.5053**,-0.5193**), positivley correlated with pasting temperature (r=0.1070) and highly significant positivley correlated with amylase content(r=0.7854**).3 Generally,both of chalky kernel percentage and chalkiness degree for the grains on a secondary rachis branch were greater than those on a primary rachis branch at the same part of a panicle in two-line super hybrid rice, The order of chalky characters of grains at different positions is as following:basal>middle>upper.4 Shading treatments in different development stage have a great effect on chalky characters of two-line super hybrid rice, The order of chalky characters of different development stage is as following:shading treatments in earing and flowering stage> shading treatments in influx time> shading treatments in booting stage> shading treatments in seedling stage> control test.
