Pot incubation test experiments and field test trials were carried out on in drab soil. The tests included 5 treatments: T1, NO3-N: NH4+-N=20% : 80%; T2, NO3-N:NH4+-N=50%:50%; T3, the nitrogen from bean cake was 20% that of the total nitrogen; T4, T3 plus trace (Cu, Zn, Fe, Mn and B) fertilizer; CK, no fertilizer. Experiment results showed that the Relationship between dry matter of the treatments and time were obeyed S-shaped growth curves. The soil can was able to supply tobacco plants with enough nutrients by fertilization; T3 and T4 hastened growth and development of tobacco the crop, so and hence, facilitated mature of the flue-cured tobacco ripened in advance and crop plants. Obviously, this was in order to have produce products with good quality. Nutrients concentrations of all the treatments in the soil were higher than that of control. To apply rotted bean cake enhanced the assimilation of N, P, K, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn and Mn. To apply trace fertilizer enhanced the assimilation of N, K, Ca, Mg, Cu, Zn and Mn. Rotted bean cake activates unavailable Zn and unavailable Mn in the soil. Fertilization bettered carbon and - nitrogen metabolism. Fertilization decreased the content of total sugar and reducing sugar, Furthermore, it increased the content of nicotine and total nitrogen. T3 and T4 improved the potassium concentration levels of flue-cured tobacco leaves; the potassium concentrations of T4 and T3 were 64.1% and 39.4 % more than that of the control. The quality and quantity of the aroma of T3 and T4 in tobacco leaves was enhanced and their aftertastes of tobacco leaves were more pleasing than that of control.
