Isolates 223 strains of bacteria from sea and surface and coelom of cultured shrimp. Selects some strains that grow fast, easy to culture, have high digest enzyme activity and inhibit the growth of Vibrio. Confects mircoecologics with these strains according to some proportion.Penaeus vannamei Boone is experimented. Adds mircoecologics into the cultured water of shrimp and measures heights and weights of shrimp on schedule. Takes out blood of shrimp on schedule and counts the number and studies composition of hemocytes. Measures PO, SOD, POD, ALP, ACP, Ua and Ul of blood serum. Takes out lymphoid organs on schedule and makes tissue slice for optical microscope and electron microscope takes photos.The results indicate that increase of heights and weights notably quicken. Growth rate of shrimp heights of experimental group (13.27%) is notably higher than control group(9.33%). Growth rate of shrimp weights of experimental group (73.65%) is notably higher than control group (63.17%). Number of LGH and SGH and THC of tested group is notably higher than the control group. The activity of enzyme measured of tested group is stronger than control group, especially of PO,SOD, ALP, Ul and Ua. According to the research of others and us, we advise PO,SOD,Ua and Ul as the preferred test indexes of shrimp immunity. Observation of the lymphoid organs indicates that, under optical microscope, the lymphoid organs of tested group are larger and have more the second tubules and hemocytes than control group. Under electron microscope, the lymphoid organs of tested group have more granular cells and small granular cells than control group.From above, we can conclude that the addition of microecologics can promotegrowth of Penaeus vannamei Boone. It also can promote shrimps' resistance to diseases by increasing the number and improving the composition of hemocytes. It can promote shrimps'non-special immunity by promoting growth and development of lymphoid organs. It can strengthen the activity of enzyme about non-special immunity and in such way to make shrimps more healthy and resistant to diseases. The use of microecologics in shrimp culture will make the industry healthy and sustainable and will have an excellent foreground.This study makes beneficial attempt in the effects of microecologics on growth and immunity of Penaeus vannamei Boone. Carefully Observes the shape and structure of lymphoid organs of Penaeus vannamei Boone. Graspes changing rule of some enzyme that are correlative with non-special immunity. Adopts some experiment technology correlative with molecular biology. Directly adds microecologics into cultured water during the experiment. Other study like this are almost by taking orally or injection, so this study is a significativeattempt. This method can get good results and can be adopted easily.
