This paper is about the process to product fish slurry by fishmeal wastewater.By studying the Penaeus vannamei greenhouse culture mode and the dynamic changes of physiologic factors and planktonic algae in the pond water,the nutrient composition of fish slurry and prepared bait,comprehensively evaluate the effect of fish slurry in the culture of Penaeus vannamei.The main findings are as follows:Through the improvement of the technological process and the optimization of the enzymatic conditions,the technological process and parameters of the production of fish slurry were determined as follows: fishmeal wastewater was used as raw material and fish protein water was obtained by degreasing,2.5 g neutral protease was added to 1 kg fish protein,50±2 ?,enzymatic hydrolysis 2.5 h,then filtered and concentrated to obtain fish slurry.The total amino acid content of fish slag was 66.69%,and 44.85% of the total amino acids were the Penaeus vannamei main amino acids,and the species was balanced and could be used as the feed agent of Penaeus vannamei.The effect of fish slurry on the culture of Penaeus vannamei was studied in the aquaculture field of Daishan Nanfeng,Daishan County,Zhejiang Province,meanwhile study the greenhouse culture mode and the dynamic changes of physiologic factors and planktonic algae in the pond water.The whole breeding cycle was about 4 months,the cycle was long;the average yield of the four ponds was 1335±25.5 kg/667 m2,and the survival rate of the culture was 77.88%±1.49% and the feed coefficient is 1.51±0.04.The farm is equipped with seawater sedimentation tank,disinfecting pool and central sewage facilities to ensure the cleanliness of the aquaculture water and the daily change of water.The pond is equipped with the bottom air-water tanker oxygen,to ensure that the dissolved water in the aquaculture of 5.00 mg/L or more.The whole water cycle fluctuates between 16.85?and 31.75?,but the early water temperature is too low,which leads to the slow growth of shrimp.This may be the main reason leading to the long cycle of breeding period.Therefore,And the pH was in the range of 0.20~6.56 mg/L,the nitrite nitrogen content was between 0.002 mg/L and 29.5 mg/L,and the content of ammonia was in the range of 0.002~29.5 mg/L,the contents of nitrite nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen in the middle and late ponds were significantly higher,which had a negative effect on the growth and immune function of Penaeus vannamei.There were 6 phylum 36 species planktonic algae in aquaculture water,include 13 species Chlorophyta,6 species Pyrrophyta,6 species Bacillariophyta,6 species Chrysophyta,3 species Euglenophyta,2 species Cyanophyta.There were 8 dominant species,the dominant species of Chlorophyta were Chloromonas sp.?Oocystis sp.?Chlamydomonas globosa Snow,the dominant species of Bacillariophyta were Cyclotella sp.? Nitzschia sp.,the dominant species soil of Chrysophyta was Prymnesium parvum,the dominant species of Cyanophyta was Chroococcus sp.?Oscillatoria sp..Study the effect of fish slurry in Penaeus vannamei greenhouse culture,feed by TianBang Penaeus vannamei No.2 bait,average body length of 2.25 cm Penaeus vannamei as the research object,feeding added 5% fish slurry as the experimental group,feeding did not added fish slurry as the control group.The study found that the experimental group of Penaeus vannamei in advance 4 to 6 days listed,feed coefficient decreased by 5.3%,the content of nitrite in aquaculture water was significantly lower than the control group(P<0.05),alkaline phosphatase(AKP)in serum of shrimp,catalase(CAT),phenoloxidase(PO)activity was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The results showed that the content of essential amino acids,especially the content of Lys,was enhanced by the addition of 5% fish slurry.The abundant amino acids(Tau)and small peptides could promote Penaeus vannamei to grow and make the improvement of the immunity and the improvement of the feed utilization rate;the fish slurry itself has a strong aroma flavor and has a attractant effect,which has a certain effect on improving the utilization rate of the feed.The fish slurry can promote the planktonic algae to grow,so as to reduce the concentration of nitrite nitrogen and ammonia nitrogen in aquaculture water and reduce or even eliminate the adverse effects of ammonia nitrogen and nitrite nitrogen on the growth and immune function of Penaeus vannamei.
