The adsorptive raito of AAN on aflatoxin B, (AFB1 arrived at 99% in vitro, so study was conducted to evaluate the effect of AAN on AFB, in corn-soybean diets in vivo. Seventy-two growing pigs(initial body weight:57.75 + 6.23) were randomly assigned to four treatments (three replicates with six pigs per replicate), i.e. Control: the basal diet, Testl: 0.5%AAN, Control 2: diet containing 4% fermented groundnut meals and Test 4: the diet fermented groundnut meals with the supplementation of 0.5% AAN. Feed and water was provided ad libitum. The feed trial was completed, and thirty-two pigs from four treatments (eight pigs per group ) was selected , and slaughtered to determine carcass characteristics. At the same time, samples required were collected. The feed trial showed that the addition of AAN increased ADG by 5.08% and 5.36%respectively, as compared with control 1 and Control 2.The concentration of aflatoxin B, in organs and tissue and serum showed that: theaddition of AAN decreased the concentration of AFB, by 7.86% (P<0.05) and 7.28%(P<0.05) in liver, and by 2.83 % (P>0.05 )and 8.04% (P<0.05 )in kidney, and by 22.67% (P<0.05) and 16.98% (P<0.05) in longissimus dorsi, and by 14.71% (P<0.05)and 5.52% (P>0.05) in serum respectively, in contrast to Control 1 and Control 2.The determination of selected organs showed that adding AAN made relative weight of liver had an decrease by 10.68%( P<0.05 )and 7.63 % (P>0.05 )and the relative weight of kidney by 6.25 % (P>0.05) and 3.45 % (P>0.05) , as compared with Control1 and Control 2.The serum biochemical parameters indicated that: In contrast to Control 1 and Control 2, consumption of AAN increased the concentration of TP by 10.00% (P<0.05)and 19.73% (P<0.05), and decreased the level of TG3 by 14.85% (P<0.05) and 10.82% (P<0.05) .The activity of enzymes in liver exhibited that: adding AAN decreased the activityof GPT 9.84% (P<0.05) and 26.51 % (P<0.05) , The activity of y -GT by 22.81 %(P<0.05) and 17.11 (P<0.05) .as compared with Control 1 and Control 2. The activityof SOD in Test 2 was higher 13.63 % (P<0.05 )than Control 2. The activity of GR in Test1 and Test 2 was improved by 11.21 % (P>0.05) and 10.20 % (P>0.05 ), and the activity ofSDHby 63.13%(P<0.05)and66.53%(P<0.05). in contrast to Control 1 and Control2 respectively. The analysis of detoxifcation enzymes activity exhibited that the activity of GST in serum was higher than in liver . Adding AAN decreased the activity of GST in serum and increased the activity of GST in liver.
