A high density molecular linkage map was constructed from a doubled haploid population derived from a cross between Hanxuan l0#Lumai 14,through SSR and AFLP markers with software MAPMAKER/EXP3.0 and GENEMAP.This map has 346 loci, covering 2536.3 cM of wheat genomes. The molecular liankage map consisted of 109 Xgwm markers,5 Xpsp markers, 94 WMC markers,22 CWM markers ,5 EST markers, 111 AFLP markers. The average length between two markers is 7.3cM.The distribution of loci in all genome is partially inclined to B genome. The average length of the three genomes is 126.8,the length of D genome chromosome is the half of the others.7A has the longest genetic distance of 209.4;chromosome 6D displayed the shortest genetic length of 20.1.The majority of these markers followed Mendelian segregation. They showed allelic frequencies in agreement with expectation. The map makes effective tools for QTL analysis, marker-assisted selection (MAS) in breeding programs and cloning of the genes responsible for various phenotypes (map-based cloning).
