In this paper, induction of embryoid and bulb of Fritillaria.D.Don from callus were studied. The result has indicated that in case of adding NAA 2mg/L,6-BA Img/L and sucrose 30g/L to the MS medium, and the number of the induced embryoid was the most; in case of adding NAA lmg/L,6-BA 0.5mg/L and sucrose 20g/L to the MS medium, the number of the differentiated bulb was the most.Plant issue culture method of Fritillarir Cirrhosa D.Don was established. Author analysed peroxide, scatalase and amylase by electrophoresis and studied their activites during bulb organ genesis and development and found that in the course of bulb organ genesis and development there were various isozymes which took part in it together. B region of peroxide changed obviously. In small bulb its activity was the highest Scatalase did not express in embryoid and big bulb, but express significantly in small bulb compared to the others, and its activity was also the highest. Amylase expressed obviously in embryoid, and its activity was also the highest ,but expressed hardly in big bulb. After embryoids were cultured at a low temperature of 0-5 D for 0 to 60days,the rate of germination and several physiological characters were studied. Theauthor found that the number of the further germination of embryoids was more in40 days treatment than others on MS medium of no hormones.Furthermore, theauthor analyzed peroxide by electrophores- is,and found that embryoids occuredapparent changes of activity and map bands, especially in B region and C region.
