Study Of F.mandshurica Multi-direction Bending

This paper analyses multi-direction bending of F. Mandshurica. Depending on bending theory and according to the process of wood multi-direction bending, the experiments are carried out about timber soften, longitudinal compressing, multi-direction bending and dryness finalization and mesurate the minimum radius. This article also discusses neutrosphere and reversion of the flectional wood by using mechanics knowledge and obtains function on length of the compressing wood after reversion.The effect of softening is to direct ratio with softening time within certain scope and the plastic of wood will not increase with the augment of softening time beyond the scope. The plastic of wood will increase with adding compressing quantity. Neutrosphere of stress and strain will move inside in bending and neutrosphere is uninterrupted in multi-direction bending. The influence of softening and compressing to solo-direction bending and multi-direction bending is consistent. Controlling moisture content is one of the most important aspects to debasing reversion after bending.
