Tremella polysaccharide (TP) is an important component isolated from Tremella fuciformis Berk. The effects of particle size, concentration, pH, temperature, and 0.9%NaCl of TP on its solubility and viscosity were assessed in this study.Celiac Macrophage Phagocytosis Test, Lymphocyte Rosette Test and Lymphocyte Transformation Test were adopted to measure the immunity level of rooster. The results indicated that TP could significantly enhance macrophage phagocytosis activity; TP matched with Fowl cholera bacterine could markedly promote lymphocyte rosette formation and lymphocyte transformation rates. In addition, TP could promote the ability of splenocytes of mice to produce IL-2 induced by ConA.
