Several different materials were mixed with organic manure at a certain proportion to make soil amendments, potted plant experiment was carried out to screen for soil amendments which can increase the quantities of microbes around the tomato root and the growth of tomato .The chosed soil amendments were further tested by applying to tomato seedlings growing in greenhouse according to different proportion and/or with different way of employments. Quantity of microbes around the root of tomato seedling and height of tomato seedlings were measured. At the same time, controlling effects to tomato early blight and greenhouse whitefly was investigated. Then the correlation between soil microbes around tomato root, the height of tomato seedlings and tomato early blight was analyzed .The results are as follows:(1) A soil amendment was generated by mixing juice of clover, leek, and Chinese cabbage shallot, mushroom manure experiment was carried out. The result from this study indicates that soil amendments made from clover juice together with organic manure can obviously increase the number of microbes(bacteria, antinomies and fungi)and promote the growth of tomato.(2) For glasshouse experiment, the three treatments are: spraying the leaf, Sprinkling the root and combination of spraying the leaf with 100 times clover juice, the result is that prominent correlation exist between the number of antinomies and fungi and the Height of tomato; for the treatment of sprinkling the root with 100 times wood vinegar, Obvious correlation exist between antinomies and fungi and seedling height; For the combined treatment with spraying leaf and sprinkling the root, using 100 times and 200 times wood vinegar, Obvious correlation exist between the number of antinomies and fungi and the Height of tomato ; for the treatment of sprinkling the root with 100 times wood vinegar, Obvious correlation exist between antinomies and fungi spraying leaf and sprinkling the root, using 100 times and 200times clover juice and the wood vinegar, the number of antinomies shows obvious correlation with the height of tomato seedlings.(3) Our results shows that treatment with spraying the leaf, sprinkling the root and spraying the leaf together with sprinkling the root have certain effects on controlling early blight; Among the treatments, wood vinegar treatment got the best effect in controlling early blight. The preventive effects scored ad 71.36% and 71.42% respectively day five days post treatment with 100 times and 2000 times of wood vinegar. The way of spraying the leaf together with sprinkling the root showed the best effect in controlling the early blight.(4) The number of soil microbes showed certainly correlation with the occurrence of tomato whitefly. The disease index of tomato early blight was reduce gradually as the number of bacteria and antinomies increase.(5) Spaying leaf with different juice has different effects on whitefly. Whitefly. While luring green house whitefly effect was observed with for clover juice and, opposite effect was observed in leek juice treatment.
