Choiceness inbred lines is the basic work to cultivate all right hybrid of maize.Heterotic grouping of maize germ plasm,which is of great concern to maize heterosis,contributes to the establishing of heterotic pattern and the efficiency of hybrid breeding.First ,About sixty inbred lines (include some backbone inbreed lines and some additional choiceness inbred lines) and about ten hybrid lines were breded in Pingliang experimenter last year.AFLP (amplified fragment length polymorphism ) molecular marker was assigned to the classify of hybrid lines and analyse of genetic diversity of inbred lines.The main results as follows:1. Five AFLPprimers ((1) E-ACA/M-CAC; (2) E-ACC/M-CAC; (3) E-ACG/M-CAG; (4) E-ACC/M-CTG; (5) E-AGG/M-CTA) were identified to be polymorphic among experimental materil,and they can be usd in the further reaearch work. 196 polymorphic bands were produced by Five AFLP marker combinations , include ten monomorphic bands .polimorphism account for 81.7%.2. Sixty inbreed lines were classified into five groups by clustering the genetic diversity based on AFLP molecular marker and denaturing electrophoresis analyse,which are Lcaster,Ludahonggu,Tangsipingtou,Zong3 and Pioneer heterotic groups of American as the heterotic frame of Chinese germplasm. Lcaster includ Mol7,Dasanjiao and some additional inbred lines,add up to twenty samples ;Lujiukuan E28 and 340 belong to the group of Ludahonggu,the group include about fifteen samples; 87-1,137,178 and 136 belong to PN group ,in number ten samples;Huang201,huangC and K12 series were classified into Tangsipingtou,count up to nine samples;the others belong to zong3 groups,add up to six samples.3. At present,the chiefly hybrid of zhendan958's father chang7-2 belong to Tangsipingtou,and mother zhen5-8 belong to Iudahonggu,zhendan958 behave high heterosis.Yuyu22's paternity belong to synthesis cluster,and female parent belong to PN germplasm.Nongdal08 as a representation of new frame of heterotic groups,it's paternity huangC belong to tradition frame of China,but it's mother 178 select from American hybrids PN78599.PN78599 take on tropic trait.it have many choiceness characters.4. PN germplasm cluster play an important role in maize breeding.Qi319,A49 ,87-1 andsome others stylebook belong to PN.5. Hybids of Nongdal08,Ludan981 and Yuyu22 all intimity it's paternity ,but have high strain distance with it's mother.6. The series of DS ,they parents belong to different heterotic cluster.The result testify that our measure of maize breeding was right.Wumingl and Wuming2,we don't know their parents,but we can set off them into different cluster.7. The study has big content stylebook,and two primer combination were not used previously.This result of statistical analysis demonstrate that AFLP molecular markers are a powerful tool for assigning inbred lines with unknown pedigree to known heterotic groups.The important frame of heterotic groups was established based on the analysis of AFLP.The possibility of AFLP molecular marker prediction of heterosis were dicussed .
