The direct inhibition of lixivium of organic amendments and culture filtrates of isolates to the second juvenile of cucumber root-knot nematode and the ability to promote cucumber growth and to control root-knot nematode disease were tested. The results showed that 8 out of 20 kinds of organic amendments and 6 biocontrol strains out of 148 strains have good effect,8 kinds of organic amendments include wheat chaff,chinaberry leaf,rapeseed cake,caster oil plant leaf,peanut husk powder,beanstalk powder,oleander leaf and sawdust ; 6 biocontrol strains include 3 fungi strains(F-04,F-07 and F-16),2 bacterium strains(B-21 and B-19) and 1 streptomyce strain(R-23). The control effects of organic amendments and biocontrol agents were studied at seedling and after harvest in plots. The results showed that organic amendments and biocontrol agents have good effect at seeding,but have bad effect after harvest.The control effects of the two-compund agents were investigated in pot and plots.The results showed that wheat chaff+caster oil plant leaf,F-04+caster oil plant leaf,sawdust+caster oil plant leaf,wheat chaff + chinaberry leaf,caster oil plant leaf+beanstalk powder and caster oil plant leaf + rapeseed cake have good effect in pot and plots and its effect were all above 60%. Chinaberry leaf+beanstalk powder,chinaberry leaf+rapeseed cake,peanut husk powder+caster oil plant leaf,F-04+beanstalk powder,and sawdust+chinaberry leaf were the second with the effect all above 55%. The control effect of two-compound agents were studied at seedling and after harvest in plots. The results showed that sawdust+rapeseed cake, and caster oil plant leaf+rapeseed cake have good effect ,and the effect were all above 50%. Chinaberry leaf+beanstalk powder, peanut husk powder+rapeseed cake, peanut husk powder+caster oil plant leaf and R-23+ beanstalk powder were the second. The control effects of three-compund agents on cucumber root-knot nematode were investigated in pot and plots. The results showed that beanstalk powder+chinaberry leaf+F-04 and peanut husk powder+rapeseed cake+F-35 have good effect,the effect of beanstalk powder+chinaberry leaf+F-04 at seedling and after harvest and peanut husk powder+rapeseed cake+F-35 after harvest were all above 65%. Caster oil plant leaf+beanstalk powder+B-19,caster oil plant leaf+sawdust+B-21 and caster oil plant leaf+sawdust+R-23 were the second with the effect all above 50%The mechanism of direct inhibition and microecology was studied in this experiment. The results of The inhibition of lixivium of organic amendments aganinst the second juvenile and eggs showed that the lixium of rapeseed cake and caster oil plant leaf have good effect on the second juvenile with the larval mortality of all above 70% in different times .Peanut cake was the second with the larval mortality of 100% in 48h. The lixivium of rapeseed cake,oleander leaf and peanut cake greatly inhibited the egg hatching,the suppression of the egg hatching were all above 60% in different time,sesame cake,chinaberry leaf,caster oil plant leaf,beanstalk powder and wheat chaff were the second. The inhibition of culture filtrates aganinst the second juvenile and eggs also were studied. The results indicated that F-04,F-16 and B-21have good effect on the second juvenile with the larval mortality of all above 90%,R-23 was the second. F-07 greatly inhibited the egg hatching with the suppression of the egg hatching of 80% in different time,B-21,F-35 and F-04 were the second with the suppression of the egg hatching 75.23%,64.93% and 55.87% in 72h.The microorganisms of soil and rhizosphere after the soil treated with three-compound agents was studied. Experimental results showed that there are great effects on the microecology of soil and rhizosphere,include the numbers,species number and dominate species.The population of fungi and bacteria of most of treatments was increased remarkably after applying three-compound agents.The rhizopheric fungi species number and dominates...
