Sesame residue is an effective organic amendments to reduce the usage ofchemical pesticide. The additive applicated in conjunction with chemical nematicidesFosthiazate halve the usage of Fosthiazate based on the control efficiency, andsignificantly promote the growth of plants. In present conditions, root-knot disease ofplants become serious, traditional chemical control is facing a series of problems ofenvironmental pollution, injury and food safety. The application of organicamendments provide new ideas and methods for integrated management of plantroot-knot disease on reducing the usage of chemical pesticides. An organic soilamendment was isolated from six different organic amendments in pot experimenthalve the usage of Fosthiazate as well as promote plant growth, and the controlefficiency and mechanism were conducted too. The results are as follows:1、The organic amendments was isolated from six different organic amendments inpot experiment. The additive application in conjunction with chemicalnematicides Fosthiazate halve the usage of Fosthiazate but the control efficiencyconducted. The results of potted test showed that the organic amendments sesameresidue compounded with Fosthiazate effectively halve the usage. The results offield control test show that the control efficiency of sesame residue withFosthiazate was up to66.99%, which was significantly higher than thatnematicides Fosthiazate alone.2、The influence of sesame residue on soil microbial groups dynamics andcommunity structure also investigated by PCR-DGGE. The results showed that, sesame residue compounded with Fosthiazate make population and density of thesoil microbial community significantly higher than that of chemical control agents;Soil microbial community structure remain relatively stable with sesame residuealone or compounded with Fosthiazate; The microbial community structure varygreatly with chemical nematicides alone.3、Two active compounds ZM-1and ZM-2were purified from organic sesameresidue has insecticidal activity against Meloidogyne spp. juveniles (J2). ZM-1and ZM-2lethality was13.00%and14.54%. ZM-1complex with Fosthiazate andZM-2compounded with Fosthiazate lethality was81.30%and84.00%significantly higher than that by Fosthiazate alone. In addition, the mortality of J2by the mixture of ZM-1, ZM-2and Fosthiazate lethality was95.23%. The resultshowed that the active compounds ZM-1and ZM-2have significant synergism toFosthiazate.
