Four parts are carried out to establish the predicting model for the amino acids fluxes and profiles in the duodenum digesta of Inner Mongolia White Cashmere Goats(abbreviated IMWCG following).Part 1 a study on the measurement of the Kd and Kp values, and the establishment of the corresponding predicting model under different diets conditions. The modeling results are the followings:Kd1=0.300CP+5.897NDF+53.183 (R2=0.980,n=18,P<0.01)Kd2 =2.639×10-02CP+0.271NDF+2.332 (R2=0.985,n=18,P<0.01)Kd3 =4.890×10-04CP+8.904×10-03NDF+1.618×10-02 (R2=0.998,n=18,P<0.01)Kd4 =-4.233CP-11.800CHO+1139.458 (R2=0.990,n=18,P<0.01)Kd5 =1.853CP+2.560CHO-118.114 (R2=0.924,n=18,P<0.01)Kd6 =-6.9×10-02CP-0.164CHO+16.707 (R2=0.997,n=18,P<0.01)Kp=-0.052MBW-0.0046DMI+0.0987FL+5.141 (R2=0.897,n=27,P<0.05)The models have been examined under the condition of different protein sources diets and single feed sources. The results show that the predicting models could be used in the production of IMWCG.Part 2 a study on the measurement of the amino acids fluxes and profiles in the duodenum digesta of IMWCG. There are two trails in this study:Trail 1 a trail on the measurement of the amino acids fluxes and profiles in the duodenum digesta of IMWCG fed different protein levels diets. Under this condition, the fluxes were rising with the rise-up of the dietary protein levels and there were significant differences among the groups, but for profiles, it appeared not find fixed changing trendy, ratios of most of the individual amino acids had no differences among the groupsTrail 2 a trail on the measurement of the amino acids fluxes and profiles in the duodenum digesta of IMWCG fed different energy levels diets. Under this condition, the fluxes were rising with the rise-up of the dietary energy levels and there were significant differences among the groups, but so did under the different protein diets. There were no fixed changing trendy for profiles, ratios of most of the individual amino acids had no differences among the groups.Part 3 Establishment of the predicting model for the amino acids fluxes and profiles in the duodenum digesta of IMWCG.A following model for the predicting equation of IMWCG accorrording to the results of the trails was used:REAA = REMAA + REFAAFor the predicting of the fluxes of the amino acids in the duodenum digesta, the dietary protein and energy levels as the independents, and fluxes of the amino acids as the dependent were included in the predicting equations. Same conditions are here for total and microbial amino acids. The following binary-simple equations were presented:Y=a+bX1+cX2 (Y is the flux of the individual amino acid in the duodenum digesta(gAA/d),X1 is the dietary protein levels(%),X2 is the dietary energy levels(Mcal),a,b,c are coefficients)Y'=A+BX1+CX2 (Y' is the flux of the total amino acid in the duodenum digesta(gAA/d);X1 is the dietary protein levels(%),X2 is the dietary energy levels(Mcal),A,B,C are coefficients)Part 4 Validation of the predicting models for the fluxes of the amino acids in the duodenum digesta of IMWCG fed different sources diets.Validated with the data got from presented study and other persons' experiment data, it showed that no significant differences between predicted and observed values were found, which implicated the model could be used in the feeding production of IMWCG.
