In farm of Inner Mongolia Agricultural University and Hetao Irrigaton Area Inner Mongolia, using the field experiment, chemical analysis and biological statistic methods, the contents and genotypic differences of nutrient substance that is N,P,K,Ca,Mg,S,Fe,Mn,Cu,Zn and amino acid in seeds of spring wheat were systematically studied with high gluten wheat Long mai No.26,weak gluten wheat Meng mai No.35,middle gluten wheat Ba you No.1,Yong liang No.4,Meng mai No.28,Meng mai No.36.Genotypic differences of their contents and the amount of accumulation in seed forming process were studied.Average value and variation of mineral nutrients and amino acid in seeds of six different genotypes in Inner Mongolia Agricultural University and in seeds of four different genotypes in Hetao Irrigaton Area Inner Mongolia were made clear. And find out effect of heredity factors and cultural environment on content of mineral nutrients and amino acid in seeds of spring wheat. Its results are as follows:average of respective C.V. of mineral nutrients and amino acid between genotypes respectively is 20.48%,11.0%,influent degree respectively is?55%,58%;C.V. between cultural environments respectively is 16.45%,7.8%,influent degree respectively is 45%,42%;effect of genotypes and cultural environment on component of amino acid is less,C.V. between them respectively is 7.1%,6.6%,its average is 6.9%....
