| This paper systematically analysed the main factors which cause the quality and safety problems of animal feed products in our country based on the result of nationwide animal feed quality supervision and selective examination Strategy on how to solve these problems also gave out in this paper.The main factors which causes the problems of animal feed quality and safety are: Usage of prohibited and restricted medication, such as Clenbuterol Hydrochloride, Diazepanu Furazolidone, Olaquindox, Oxytetracycline , Chlortetracycline etc., hygiene issue with Potassiunu Fluorine , Chromium , Digestibility, AflatoxinB1, Samonella, Copper etc., nutrition problems with crude protein, vitamins, minerals etc., and problems exist in the manufacturing, management and usage of animal feed raw materials and products. The main reasons of these factors include the problems in feed management, immaturity of the market, unstable price of raw materials and animal products, undeveloped product specification and examination technology etc.The strategy of solving the problem of feed quality and safety is: Frequent communication of feed regulations and feed product quality and safety by feed government management departments. Improve the conscious of feed quality and safety in the chain of feed product manufacture, management, and usage. Strengthen the management of feed industry, complete the organisation of all levels of feed government management departments, complete the legislation of feed industry. Improve feed quality monitoring and examination system, establish national, provincial, municipal and local government organisations for feed quality monitoring and examination, establish feed quality and safety monitoring and precaution system. Organise research institutes, academies, universities and feed quality supervision organisations studying and setting up feed safety specification, monitoring technology and new analytical technology, develop harmless and unpolluted new type of feed products. |
