The cultivation area of Pleurotus eryngii in China is vast, but a large number of waste mushroom bran of Pleurotus eryngii have been produced over the years. Most of the mushroom bran of Pleurotus eryngii is disposed by discarding or burning, which causes environmental pollution and resource waste. With the expansion of the cultivation of edible fungi, this problem is becoming increasingly prominent. In addition, the scale of ruminant farming such as dairy cows is expanding, and the contradiction between supply and demand of high quality roughage is prominent.According to the reported that mushroom bran rich in crude protein, crude fat, crude fiber, polysaccharide and other nutrients which needed by ruminants’physiological metabolism,so it is a good raw material for animal crude feed. However, the high crude fiber content in mushroom bran hampered animal digestion and absorption of nutrients and restricted the development of mushroom bran feed.On this basis, probiotic fermentation technology was used to reduce the cellulose content and improve the nutrient content of mushroom bran of Pleurotus eryngii, and to transform mushroom bran of Pleurotus eryngii into high-quality ruminant roughage in this study. The main results are as follows:(1)Different levels of Saccharomyces cerevisiae,Pichia jeddinensis,Bacillus subtilis and Trichoderma longicornis were inoculated into the mushroom bran of Pleurotus eryngii by orthogonal design. After 6 days of fermentation, the dry matter, crude fiber(NDF and ADF),crude fat, crude protein, amino acid and energy of the mushroom bran feed of Pleurotus eryngii were detected.According to the analysis of nutrient index content, the optimum treatment level was d treatment:a2,b1,c2,d3,that is the second level of Trichoderma longicornis(5*10~4 CFU/g),the first level of Bacillus subtilis(5*10~5 CFU/g),the second level of Saccharomyces cerevisiae(5*10~7 CFU/g),and the third level of Pichia jadinii(5*10~7 CFU/g).(2)In vitro rumen fermentation environment, the results showed that the first level of Trichoderma longicornis(5*10~3 CFU/g),Bacillus subtilis(5*10~5 CFU/g),Saccharomyces cerevisiae(5*10~6 CFU/g)and Pichia jeddinensis(5*10~5 CFU/g)fermented abalone mushroom bran feed were better utilized in rumen.(3)Heavy metals and aflatoxin B1 in mushroom bran feed of Pleurotus eryngii were detected.Aflatoxin B1 did not exceed the standard range, and the contents of cadmium, lead, arsenic and mercury were all within the standard range, but the contents of heavy metal chromium exceeded the standard in each group(>0.2 mg/kg).
